Check the forums, there is plenty but the main things are that assets take longer to load than 1.5 like NPCs and objects, you don’t get dirty or damaged anymore visually and quest bugs.
Oh FFS, textures allready take ages to load, if it gets worse it will be unplayable, allready the worst I’ve seen ever in any game. And I can’t take any more questions bugs either lol. Anything good the patch did ?
