Investigator Henry was send to Samopesh to find out what is going on.
Strange things have happened. People get lost.
Who are the visitors from outside?
Is there a dark secret?

A little doku for the bugs and the video.
Appear and disappear of the two guys. There are two points in Samopesh they „arrive“ and „leave“. The startposition (of Henry) and near the shepherd. They teleport into the game in the morning and suspend at midnight.
Both are dumb. Not every NPC needs to be a storyteller, but not a word is too little. Minimum they should say: leave me alone, shut up, not your business etc. Similar to the fisherman…
They stop at the same postion, and it looks curious (at 1:45).
After Marianne closed the tavern, they run about eight times to the shop and back again (I cut the sceen a little.) It looks strange.
They don´t use a lantern in the night.
I have done the video for performance testing, not for observation of the two guys. But it´s really a x-file with strange aliens…
Thanks for the comments Yes, they teleport, but it is not a bug - in the final game - they will be coming from the other villages - this is just a temporary fix.
In the Middle Age we have three guys which teleports through an invisible magic barrier,…
First they would dive some hours, and after this, burn like hell…
They should sleep under the table or on a hay bale. This is more natural for drunkyards…
Back to the game:
A big problem are the zombies…
There are places were NPC stuck and get zombificated.(Without timeshift and interaction)
In this fence should be a passage!!
But the biggest problem is (the marketplace with) the shopkeeper. If the shopkeeper fails all his buyers stuck. They allways wait in proper order. The shopkeeper is the weakest link.
It´s easy to test. Go to the shopkeeper. Stay around 15m away. A big distance, but the shopowner reacts on you. He stands up and turns in your direction. He is fixed on you. Many buyers come, but he is waiting for your order. Nobody leaves the marketplace.
This stucking is temporal limited. If you increase the distance, the keeper lose his attention. The buyers (get their things and) leave the place.
But if the shopkeeper don´t “work” correct > Zombies…
It´s only a workaround, but better than nothing:
Every NPC should be checked. If a NPC is not moving after 12 hours(and not death or in a prison) he is stuck and should be “called back”. Return to his “sleep” place or working path.
The NPC should be ghostlike for some seconds to pass fences/walls or something else.
Or the NPC teleports back to his route (should be done when the player is not nearby).
