Just wondering I brought the pc version ages ago and then changed my version to Xbox will I get it on Xbox or pc cheers for the help

I think I changed this as well but I’m not sure and seems I can’t find out which version I’m getting anywhere either. My profile at the backer page mentions Steam link but since I backed a physical version anyways this can’t be the whole truth.
