Yep this is ridiculous. It’s been two days now since I had the email advising the code would be on my profile. It’s also released in my region and I can’t play. I backed the game within the first Kickstarter period.
Once again. Different groups of people have it released for them by two different publishers. Deep Silver which handles all the newer purchases and Warhorse, who handles the old Kickstarter pledges. Kickstarted pledges still seem to be on schedule to release in some 2 hours 40 minutes, where Deep Silver for some reason released it to their customers a bit too early.
Thanks Martin. Glad to hear it’s resolving in two hours. This response would’ve been good for people to see earlier I presume (in this thread), but good to know it’s sorted and in two hours I should have my code.
Hopefully, unless something else gets messed up. I mean I do see certain mistakes on part of WH in the past 24 hours, but not the problem with some people having access earlier. That appears to be Deep Silver’s achievement. But if in 2 hours 40 minutes you do not get your key, get the torches and pitchforks ready. 
Erm, the game was released by Deep Silver in the UK at midnight GMT and kickstarter backers still don’t have a code for the xbox one

Exactly… think of it this way. You are the good old backer. You are too good for the likes of Deep Silver. You are handled by Warhorse itself. You are special. You are being pampered.

I have the same problem - Game is released for over 6 1/2h in my country and yet I’m waiting for the game key. This sucks but to wait another day or two should not be an issue.
And I know situations like this from other kickstarters where backers receive their pledge way after the usual customers gets theirs. Happened to me with Vengeance the board game.
Yea I wanted to play some tonight before I go to sleep but it really sucks that this still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve had other kickstarter game keys weeks in advance of launch.
Don’t even get me started on the Sixense STEM I backed faceplam

Was Baron, made the mistake of upgrading and still no code
