Hello !
So the problem is that I’m playing KCD on Xbox One S and I have problems almost everywhere with the low fps. Game is fluent only in forests. This wasn’t that bad before the patch 1.3. I hope that patch 1.4.2 will solve the framerate
Hello !

We are getting patch 1.4.3 next week sometime and they have said a lot of good things so far. I just hope they’re right🙂
I was getting frame stutter on my Xbox One, and this helped. This problem is not so much the game as the lack of Xbox resources.
There are other vids on YT.
Most of us know all the tricks from playing Fallout 4 and I can tell you it doesn’t really help here. I play on a Xbox one X and I have the same problem. I am waiting patiently for the new patch though🙂
That’s a load I’m sorry I disagree it’s not at the Xbox you know how I know because I guarantee you if you start the game over you’re going to have excellent f****** frame rate if it’s hardware-related you’re going to have shity frame rate throughout the game
I am I am of the belief right now that it has to do with Bernard I’ve had no interaction with him but as far as main quest other than that I didn’t do the ruin Quest or any of the Bandit Quest and I’ve not had any issues like I’m really far in the game and getting as far in the game has been in impossibility I have had stutter or in all my nine other playthroughs that were incomplete because they were ended by the mid game stutter I’ve never got this far and I’m not having any stutter issues at all
I think he has a part to do with it but I also think waiting too long in one place tends to do it also. I traveled to the glade inn and waited a couple of days there for some reason and now my game shakes like crazy. I really thought it was him too. I hope this patch will fix it because I haven’t played it since and that was weeks ago.
Well ya the problem should go away, if most of the memory gets cleared on a power down, but as one travels around and loads scenery and such the memory will fill up unless it is being properly cleared, which is may not be, and that may be a problem with the game.
But since I had the same problem at times with Skyrim, I’m more inclined to believe the XBox One resources were being stretched to its limit. MS would not have come out with the XBox X, if the Xbox One could handle the demands of these new games.
I had not tried clearing the “Persistent Memory” at the time, while playing Skyrim, because I just found out about it yesterday.
Yeah it helps for Skyrim and Fallout 4. Especially if you play with mods🙂
