I might be mistaken or its Just me but i tend not to find the wayfairing knight faint hearted knight or any mercenarys and neither the ridler. However the bandit attacks hold ups and genarel ambushes seem to have bin more frequent. Beggars and selling pouchers are still Just as before. So somebody able to help out if they are still in the game or are they removed for now?
Yes random encounters was broken by 1.3 it will be fixed in the next patch.

That’s a shame, the developers can’t issue a hotfix for this? I really would prefer not to wait two weeks for this issue to be resolved.

Soooo i Just found the wayfairing knight… Totally random however i had a weird bug wich was the case before this patch when i tend to find him henry dialog “we have met before havent we?” But the knight does not respond with anything and the game skips back out of dialog. Not making me able to fight the wayfairing knight 
Will this be patched as well? I noticed this happens when you knock the knight out and loot him
