I see so many people talking about armor most of you guys are true if there was a gore system it would have been so hard cuz they have to make it different from person to person according to the armor they were but in the current stat however even if u attack a peasant with no armor there still isnt much of blood. however again am not criticizing the game i have great respect for warhorse studios and i appreciate the work they have done.
That is simply not true. Medieval sword fights in movies maybe. But in reality you need to be strong as five angry grizzly bears to chop someoneās hand off through his armor. Even if said armor is relatively light
yes and there were people who were strong enough to do that and head are still pretty easy to chop if your enemy is not wearing a helmet, besides that not my point i simply said it would have been cool if there was more gore in the game not that the game is bad its already very amazing and am looking forward to play it

If people want blood and cuted body parts and such things,
the game willā¦ how can i say it rightā¦
Look at games like Serious Sam or CSS/GO or Fallout
if you observe these games in every aspect and detail you will see things which are made more children friendly. Dialouges, effects, lights, model properties and porpotions.
It is an deal to get no censorship, the index, pegi/usk.
And most time it isnt necessary because the game is brilliant without such things.

You change the ammo system for exampl. And than you arent able to kill every enemy with the chainsawā¦ because it is one of the most brutal things in this game.
Or if you get killed by an Hellknight. You cant see much of your body and so you will not see 100 percent of that
Will there not be blood pooling? i saw some blood pooling under a body in a screenshot
that was not actual combat it was like a scene for a quest
Honestly if the brutality is the issue then that is easy to fix just add a setting to turn the stuff off. Mortal combat did that and its widely considered over the top with its gore and blood.

I do not remember where I readed it but blunt weapons like a warhammer on plate armour could cause organ failure and internal bleeding.
True, I just meant your throat being cut, or that important artery in your thigh, etc, really do produce a whole lot of blood. Iāve seen some videos online I probably shouldnāt have:P

I do agree with you. The adrenaline rush that gore games get to provide is simply amazing. This is actually one of my favorite genre.
Yeah if they would do the gore like killing floor that would be a beautiful thing.

I plan to do that on release, just an overview of what the game has. Sadly it seems the video will not be a positive one. Body damage was confirmed to be a generic overlay and Iāve not seen a single splat\dripping\puddle in gameplay. Howver it does seem to have some interesting behaviors (have seen a guy surrender and you can choose whether you want to finish him).
Iām not expecting chopped up limbs or anything, but it is a shame that the visual response in combat will most likely be very lacking.

I really wanna see blood gushing out of unarmour spots when you stab!!! Sorry, iām a psychopath obviouslyā¦ But consider the beauty of a cut throat spraying all over your face when you slice!

While I understand you have certain standards for gore, is it possible to adjust it for games that dont have dismemberment instead of just giving the dismemberment a 0/10? Idk just my opinion.
A game that I can think of you might wanna review is operation flashpoint dragon rising and red river. There arent any blood splashes on the ground or walls, but imo on red river the gore is good. Especially with a shotgun. I think red river would be better gore wise but the gameplay sucks compared to dragon rising.
Sorry for long post I just really like your reviews. You also might check out brothers in arms earned in blood gore too. It was different. You can get a mod for all bodies to stay (gibs too.)
