I havent run systentic benchmarks, i have just tried Rattay during night with torch. I got to around 45FPS, but it was raining and with it FPS are always worse and its similar to Talmberk scenario i described earlier. Maybe my i7 6850K and 32GB 3200Mhz RAM are somehow saving the day…
I have a 6700k and 16 GB clocked at 3 GHz, setting everything on Ultra High, all LOD sliders to the max and anti aliasing to MSAA TX2 in Rattay at day light here’s what I have:

I just did some testing. With everything maxed out from same spot as on screen i have 40-45 FPS depending on how many NPCs are around, but most of the time fps is closer to higher bound. Then i have tested it during midnight. From same spot around 33 FPS (with torch in my hand) most of the time. When i walk out and stop in the middle and look to various directions, then my FPS is ± 45 FPS.
are u any chance on ps4? it seems like i mainly see ps4 players having this issue. im getting 50 fps on ultra, zero stuttering (pc) i really wana start getting graphix mods to make this look even better , i want this looking so good that i get 10 fps lol. but theres 2 many patches to come yet that makes me not wana mod anything.
We are talking about PC version. You dont have stutter issue either beceause you are lucky or not played enough. I didnt have this problem before, but it started progressively getting worse to point where i am no longer able to play it without headache from constant stutter almost everywhere Getting it enhanced with mods is good idea and i want to try it too, but i still want to be able to play it with reasonable fps
I’m going to stop you there. It is a clear issue. The lead developer admitted it and fixed are incoming in 1.4. It is due to physics being screwed up due to many items going through through the floor. Background programs are irrelavent. This issue start after 1.3.3 for most.
I’m on 135 hours. But it has been happening for over 10 hours of game time.
This problem has been acknowledged by Warhorse, you’re the exception, lucky for you. My game started stuttering around 250 hours. I run the game at a solid 60 fps and still have stutter.
For PC players, I posted a workaround that might work for you, type this in the console prompt:
Sys_MaxFPS = 30
This will reduce the framerate to 30 but will hopefully stop the camera shakes (all credits to the Youtuber who posted the tip).
well since i do have infinite inventory mod and loot every single thing known to man maybe thats why. alot of things might not fall through for me cause i looted them… just a guess.
i think im gunna get that polearms mod so i can loot all the damn halberds laying around and clean up a little.
heres the mod i was referring too and i got it https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance/mods/404?tab=files
Then as said Caesario, you are lucky guy I have now 61 hours played and this started to happen somehow around 58h of playtime.
@Caesario Yep, thats exactly sh*t that is happening to me and all others
@Ordinat I think i have tried that command before, but i will try it again just to be sure as it looks patch wont come out this week.
Is it FPS what there talking about?
It depends on what do you mean? Stuttering is happening because of bug. Then we have discussed some performance measurements.
@Ordinat I have tried that command, stuttering is now much less noticeable, but it seems to be playable at least (but still, 30fps is quite pain for my spoiled eyes )
I feel you, I personally can’t stand playing at 30fps, you can try higher fps, I managed to have the game pretty stable at 40~45fps (doesn’t work everywhere though), it also seems to fix glitched combat behavior associated with the stutter.
I will try some values later and will see.
For people saying about it happening after long hours ingame… bear in mind i’ve only clocked 35 and its stuttering bad for me, the issue must be somewhere else
I’m over 72 hours in and have yet to see a stutter issue, other small bugs that are ok. But, it may be a hardware issue for consoles. I’m running it on a one X. this is the only game that has made the machine make noises so far.
@HenryTheMadYin I know you have played much less hours than us. And someone mentioned here it started on his machine after only 10 hours. So god knows what exactly triggers this.
They eventualy did Cheers to those guys
Did or have you been dropping a lot of loot on the ground?
I read on Reddit that Daniel said it is because of loot dropped on the ground that has not despawned. Luckily, I have only dropped around 12-15 items maxed the entire time.
