Band of Bastards - DLC

Available on February 5th:
The roads around Rattay are far from safe, so Sir Radzig Kobyla has enlisted the help of an old acquaintance, the impoverished but wily Baron Kuno of Rychwald, and his infamous mercenary band. Radzig sends Henry to guide the band around the territory… and to keep their unbridled appetite for trouble in check. They set out to patrol the province and soon discover that Radzig’s sworn enemies from long ago have come to settle old accounts. The rival bands engage in a tit-for-tat war that finally culminates in an inevitable showdown.

Sir Kuno Baron Rychwald
Kuno is an impoverished noble and hardened mercenary who’s been doing the job maybe a bit too long. He leads an infamous band of tough men, most of whom have had brushes with the law and might otherwise have ended their days on the gallows, which is indicative of Kuno’s pragmatism and knack for improvisation. Considering his history, he’s still quite a jovial character who accepts his fate with tenacity and makes the most of it.

Stephan Fletcher
He is the master bowman of the band, a cunning dealer and gambler who will chance his arm at anything if there’s a quick profit to be made. Despite his apparent congeniality and love of conversation, he’s rather reticent about his shady past and undoubtedly there’s more than one skeleton in his closet.

Jan & Petr Bearman
The Bearman Brothers are a pair of fun-loving blackguards, whose ideas of entertainment are often inconsiderate towards others, if not downright heartless. They drink like fish, love to roll dice and in general live life to the full. But try to come between them and their loot and you’ll soon discover their darker side.

The Stone
He hasn’t much to say for himself since the day he lost his tongue to the executioner. Kuno’s band recruited him in Brno. A stoic of sober temperament, he eschews drink, dice and the other vulgar pursuits of his comrades-in-arms, preferring his own lugubrious company. He takes only as much loot as his modest needs demand.

Dangler
The eyes and ears of the company, Dangler used to be a page to a very chivalrous knight, until his master was slain in a skirmish with a ruthless foe and he himself was left dangling at the end of a rope, standing on a rickety wooden cross for God knows how long, until he was rescued from the very jaws of death by Kuno’s band. His brush with the Grim Reaper left him bereft of ideals and profoundly disillusioned with human nature.

Jakey
A mere stripling of a lad and as cheeky as they come, having grown up without the mollifying influence of a family. He has little love for authority of any kind, but is more than amicable – to the point of irritating - towards anyone who doesn’t shove him around.
