Looks like some promised gameplay will not make it in…
It’s been less than a bloody month. I don’t doubt that the promised stuff won’t be added, but to expect so much in less than a month? Right now I think the main concern is with making the game run smoother with less bugs than reported.

why do you even care you refunded your game?
daniel vavra said otherwise so the dog companion is confirmed and also some kind of combat academy
they wont commit to anything now since its not a good idea as developer when you just released your game
they mostly focus on the base game right now

Update from Daniel Vavra, He has seen this article too and its false
"I dont know what to even say about this. Dear @Polygon, @CharlieHall We said a year ago, that dog companion and female characters quests are gonna be delivered as free DLC for backers as well as other stuff. And that is still true. Currently we are already working on animations for the dog and tournament is partially scripted and will also be part of some future DLC. So only thing that we said is, that we are currently focusing on patches and polishing the game. We will deliver these things later, but currently we dont have any exact dates set in stone"

I could care less about a dog. I want to be able to continue the main story, but I’ve been stuck on Questions & Answers for a week now. 
the patch is near finalization, not all 100 WH members can work on bugfixing some already work on DLC’s
