Yes, I am playing on PC with ps4 controller.
After someone from WH watched the video, I got an answer, that they will be looking further into this.

XBox One:
The thumb is not jointed correctly to move the blade right and left in a straight line and control blade angle. You need a straight left to right movement, but the thumb makes an arc, which pushes the stick forward slightly, but changes the angle On the blade greatly.
Need the left stick to control blade angle, which could be held steady and the right stick to control only Left-Right movements. The controls for pressure and wheel spin could remain the same.
The right stick is definitely too sensitive To control blade angle and left right movements.
I get the job done, but WHS is asking too much of my right thumb.
