everytime I try to load my save game keeps crashing all the time
It can happen. Try removing the saves from the user folder (two locations on my install). You can back them up and restore if this isn’t the fix for you, but in my experience this will stop crashing caused by loading a corrupted save file.
You can complete the main quest in around an hour once you know what needs to be done (less than that if you really short cut the process), so you can quickly get back to wherever you have got to.
Side quests are prone to error if too many are attempted in a single play, and especially if the game is loaded from a saved state. The AI and save load systems were reported as being overhauled on the internal build so this is only a beta problem hopefully.
