Actually it was more than 5, but still that was just for the development. They now have to pay for advertisement. And you canât compare skyrim budget, because it was made in different country, where salaries are much higher then in czech republic. Game programmer in USA cost 2-3 more then in Czech republic

Still 5 milion is a small budget (I might be wrong but I know that its less than 10),
Plus my project is based in southeastern europe and we still spwnd 15 000 000 a year, for printing books and paying 12 people so yes,
