Find cool clothes

Does anyone know where to find cool and different clothes? It seems like all of the clothing options are not available at the tailor.

There’s an enemy outside the inner gate in the conquest of Vranik that has it. Haven’t seen anyone other NPC or vendor inventory with it

. If you’ve found it elsewhere, pls share location. Really wish more of the new high level bandits wore this.

Consider stealing from npcs.
You can window shop.in towns and look for cool clothes and then follow the npc and take what you want

When folks are asleep, you can steal from their chests and all their clothes are there. Quick way to get stuff from NPC’s without risking knocking them out or killing them.

I do admit though, I’ve killed many an NPC for their clothes or a hat.
