Sure for people who only eat fast food or pizza it may not look good…

And where is the recipe? Come on, give it to us! I have to know what I did to Henry when I forced him to eat from every pot I found …

I will have a look. You don’t have to force henry, he loves it! Did’nt you hear that?

What is it called?

The recipe:

Cut all the meat in small pieces (cubes)
NO NEED to roast the mixed minced meat or the other ones a little in a pan!
Put all together and cook it 175 C for 1 hour in an oven.
happy cocking!

East it with bread or cooked potatoes.

It’s called “Meat pot”.
A lot of meat, with Tomatos and seasoning sauce, simply said.

Great Job that looks sooo good man. nice!

Probably tasty, but not much european-medieval. Those tomatoes …
In medieval cuisine red color would come probably from peppers - not as vegetable (which is relatively modern use), but as spice. I can’t think of anything else.

This is what “My Henry” sees when he looks into the yummy pot:

Red color from paprika…

All types of Paprika came from the new world with Columbus 15xx. That was many many years after henry.
The well-known hungarian paprika has its source from latin America.

Goulash…Hmmm

looks like a home made chilli con carne as we do it in czech rep - minced meat, sausage, beans, tomato …

That looks delicious !

Being from Texas, USA, I thinks it’s hilarious you guys use a food product over there named “Texicana Salsa” lol

Really! I was almost sure that peppers (paprika) have Asian origin. I was wrong then, thanks for info.
