I’ve heard private rooms and privacy in general weren’t as much a thing in medieval times as today
the higher the social class and wealth the more likely to have at least a bedroom to your family/self
The Rattay bailiff sleeps in large room with others. So, exclusive bedroom not essential to me. A partition though as in Rattay bailiff sleeping quarters would be nice if WH isn’t going to remodel into individual rooms for Locator and bailiff
Yes but I can imagine medieval people simply don’t care about privacy so much, like for example gypsies even today. It’s a cultural thing, not some natural need. I don’t think “I’m rich so I’ll build my own bedroom” should apply as a rule or be the top priority for medieval people. Altho I understand why players might want this sandbox build-my-own-hearth stuff exactly this way
