Im stuck here
I can’t do anything , i try to shut all of the applications i have , i try to update all my drivers , i do all the things you post in the topic but it’s not working , please help me, i do anything i can .

Try disabling “Overlay” in geforce experience.
How to do that ?

No, i just have that opened 
I try with lightshot and geforce overlay off but nothing happens
If possible uninstall lightshot and reboot your System to test.

the first time , i waited 20 minutes , now i waited 5 minutes and nothing happens and i don’t shut the game its already run currently
