Maybe in the second part, Henry achieves knighthood or something and gets an estate with a personal forge as an homage to Martin. Something along those lines would be quite nice.
I love this game.
- Fix bugs
- Have a jousting tournament
- Be able to become a knight
- Add more to the Theresa and Henry relationship
- Add in a quest where either Theresa and Henry have to work together to fight someone or steal something OR play as Theresa for a quest or two and try to either save Henry or get something for him
- If the previous quest is done and goes well, maybe be able to get married which offers some sort of perk and boost to morale
- A quest or goal where at the end the Lord gives you property and a house. It doesnât even have to be customizable. But at least be able to store things.
- Better relationship mechanics, where they remember past situations with you
- More involvement with blacksmithing. You are a blacksmith son after all. Forging weapons would be amazing. Even if itâs only swords.
When sleeping in taverns, random encounters waking up to someone in your room trying to rob you. Higher Chances if you leave your door open or when you are robbing all the time.
Chance for food poison from eating from pots.
A settlement that is lawless illigal stuff like fights to the death takes place. Betting on and entering. A place that is very dangerous. Murderers are not jailed and let free. they are jailed and then hunted for sport. You can become hunted or join a hunt.
Bounty hunters. That come looking for you when you have killed so many in a town.
Roadside hangings and beheadings you can interfere with.
The ability to give money and food to beggers as you see fit. For a bounus.
As son of a blacksmith, it would be great to be able to craft our own equipment.
Jousting (or more mounted combat options)
Difficult settings. (a survival mode would be great)
A better description of the advantages of the clothes and armor and the stats.
More options with the romancesâŠ
It would be great to have a houseâŠ
Some kinds of craftingsâŠ
everything except,
I think nobody needs one of these unbalanced modes
Building a campfire and a tent to sleep a night in the woods would be great.
But with a simple placement system and not this ugly FO4 system
More attention to what NPCs might say after certain events. Theresa is the biggest example but there are many: after an NPC serves his/her purpose they revert to bland dialogue. Hell, the random greeters are more friendly than Theresa. There should be something to keep track of disposition and that should be reflected in tone, even if dialogue is necessarily curtailed.
Oh, and quit with the âwatch where youâre goingâ nonsense. really sorry I hit you with my horse ⊠wonât happen again ⊠promise.
For me, the only thing I need is unlimited saves, otherwise, I canât and wonât play this great game. Everything else, I can live with!
I 100% agree!
Would like to see some possible consequences for cheating at the Farkle dice game. Maybe have winning too often in a specific tavern start to effect your reputation and cause NPCâs to become suspicious and go so far as to jump up, knock over the table, and accuse you of cheating. You would then have to pass a speech check or maybe be searched by guards to see if you have any loaded dice on you.
As it is now, I always play with loaded dice, always win, and no one says anything. I had one player say âIâm going to keep an eye on youâ but thatâs it.
This would require you to really think twice about when to slip a loaded die into a throw. You would of course have to have an option to switch dice every roll, like the NPCs do currently.
This would create a new layer of strategy to Farkle; You would not want to risk winning all the time so you would need to try to lose some games, and cheat to win others.
