After doing this quest, and more precisely - SPOILER BEHIND SUMMARY -
Summary
after killing Zmola at the mill ( who will just stay without doing anything in front of the door where Leshek hides 80% of the time BTW. Also, Leshek appears standing and well even though the game seems to consider him uncounscious and my character acts like he is )
loading times become very long, infinitely long in some cases.
I cannot save anymore, rather it is by sleeping or with saviour schnaps, eating in a pot, initiating dialog, anything that implies loading doesn’t seem to work properly anymore.
I will try to finish the quest another way, even though I’m not satisfied with this outcome at all, as it seems to have worked for some people.
But yeah, this needs a fix ASAP for future players, because I’ve been reloading the game trying to do this or find a solution for a good 4 or 5 hours now.

PS : also, not to end on a bad note, I think you can be proud of your game. This detail aside, I’ve been having a great time with it
