I made the greedy merchant and the bald asshole haul poop. Got the dead priests(?) cook to be the new cook and everyone else on water; didn’t give a job to the chick who just showed up. Idk if that’s right or not but that’s what I did lol

There is apparently only one selection where the bailiff is happy with your choices… But I can’t confirm that to be the case.
I’ve seen people claim multiple choices work. The issues seem to be that one choice excludes you from the Sheba quest, and if you don’t heal the guy’s arm, and assign him, the bailiff gets angry and locks you out of future quests.
At the time had practically zero healing skill… And it is a bit off a stretch that the asshole bailiff, who can’t find ANY person to do ANY job, is getting all upset about you, if you only get it 90% done…
I have not yet fionished the quest since I havn’t had the time to reqruit the chef yet but the bailiff seemed happy with my cchoice of shit/water carriers.
Use your brains. This one (Cornelius?) and Petr or Piter (Камень, Петр in rus) pump the shit. Others include woman and without sissy boy.
But i think this quest bugged cause Tonga don’t teach me his strike.
He ups your unarmed skill to 20. No special strike. This also improves warfare. If you’re already maxed out, it does nothing.
There is one that makes a difference; Pickman needs to be on water, otherwise he will not give you the piece of Sheba’s sword he has.
I let him carry poop and now I can’t finish the quest Sheba’s sword. Just another quest I’m not able to finish…
You can maximize your reward by getting pickman on water, but who cares, i put the weak hauling shit and i didn’t give pickman anything. Hes a horrible employee thats had a million jobs. Which means he was probably fired for being lazy. And in this time period lazy gets people dead

I gave kornelius the job because hes better than the lowly plebs and deserves respect lol. And i gave the woman the poop job because i felt bad for her. I gave the kid a poop job as an entry level job, he seemed coddled by his parents to me
‘use your brains’ like giving the shit hauling jobs to people who seem to be at least willing to carry shit? not giving the former overseer (or whatever) one, because he is an arsehole AND has never done physical work in his life? depending on how you slice it, there are various ways to assign the jobs, using your brain, rather than just one.

So who is “supposed” to haul shit? I did merchant cuz he’s into more gold and the bald guy, something the winch or something like that…he threatened me so I put him in poop; wanna see if he fights me or something.
Anyway, pickman need water for Queen of Sheba, and I did that, anything else?

So only a quest you can coplete with stealing…
