It absolutely does work. Maybe they should check to make sure it saves in the menu cuz I ain’t had that issue.

It’s not like the forums are not busting at the seams with reports of saves broken and shit tons of bugs to boot. so why is it hard to imagine that because it hasn’t happened to you that doesn’t means it does not exist. I’d say it 100% is happening to people.
I’m not ignorant at all. Are u? Maybe they have had save issues. I’m sure it will be taken care of sooner rather than later. I play on Xbox and PC so I can only say on there no save issues. As for shit tons of bugs. I haven’t seen a lot of them either. What I do see is a shit ton of angry kids who don’t get the instant gratification that there used to with games.

User experience varies greatly in this game. Some things to do on a ONE X that may help. Power the console down by holding the power button ten seconds. Then unplug the power cable for a solid 10 seconds. You can also go into setting and clear the blue ray save cache.

We are not saying that the game is not amazing , but after dozens of hours I had to let the game down for two weeks waiting for the save bug to be fixed. I will definitely buy the DLC, but it shouldn’t have been released in this state.
Well, not all people are acting like a**holes. But a lot of people get on here to bitch and say things like “how dare they release such a trashy game!” blah blah blah. The defensive nature of people on this forum spawned from people ranting about how much they hate the game. And a lot of them, dont have good reasons. If the conversations were civil out the gate, there wouldn’t be such opposition to complainers.
Who cares at this point the game is out 3 weeks now. I don’t agree it should have been released in the state its in either but I also have 231 hours into the game and i’m not even close to being bored. So I would say I got my 60 dollars worth.
But he has every right to ask this question, I encountered many game breaking bug where I lost hours of game play. They have every right to be angry and bitch about. If you are not encountering any bugs and your gameplay is smooth you can’t ask ppl not to voice their anger.
Good for you. But I am on 30 hours in and I can’t continue playing until my save is fixed. Am not able to play at all. My game won’t load and it had been 10 days already. I love this game but they ruined the game experience for me.
As i said, had it been civil and not been filled with venom for other aspects of the game, then the conversation would be different. There are plenty of people agreeing thar actual game breaking issues need to be fixed. But when people start demanding a refund and saying the game is trash for minor flaws or game mechanics they don’t personally like, it pisses me off.

Well as long as you are not encountering problems then leave it be. People come to forums to vent and want the developers to hear their voice. This how games are going to get better on releases. Even the executives said that they wish they had waited on the game. As long as you are enjoying your smooth rise, you don’t need to prevent ppl from discussing their problems even if it’s not civilized.
I disagree with that given the circumstances. If this were an EA game or another bethesda game, id agree that they need lashed out against with no defense. But a fledgling company that could be snuffed out because of this, deserves some breathing room.
Im a small business owner and i know how hard it is to compete and create something new.
This game (albeit bugged) is everything i wanted in a game. Its like has not been seen, at least not in the past 10 years.
Yes i want them to fix saves, they need to. But i dont want a forum filled with naysayers, leaving the creators of this game to angry mob.

A product is a product. I don’t care about how big or small the game is. With a tripple A price tag, I demand tripple A quality. I adore the game and its one of the best game I played don’t get me wrong, but this is unacceptable. We are talking about game breaking bugs that were identified in 2014 in beta and they are still appearing.
You can’t ask ppl not to get angry. I had to put the game down for days already because I can’t progress and I don’t want to lose my game progress AGAIN because this is my third time playing the game now.

I haven’t seen any apologies from devs only arrogant excuses that passive aggressively tell people to fuck off and wait. so maybe they deserve to get snuffed out if they can’t realize how deep of shit they’re in. Like many I love the story and world of the game along with the gameplay etc but it is a broken mess no doubt. i’ve never used forums until this game and that’s enough to tell me that i’ve never had a more frustrating experience with bugs.

There is a difference in what you are saying abd some of the complaint that have come through.
As far as small company and big, there is a difference. If you like a game like this, its important that the company that created it survives. If they fail it will be a textbook example of what not to do. And people (developers) will first look at the style of game. This game concept has been passed over by all the triple a developers, because they want to appeal to the broadest market and the broadest market, wants the game to hold their hand and make it easy.
People are protecting this concept from joining other s in the proverbial grave yard, and some times they see all complaining as the same. Such as thw past 3 weeks filled with whiny babies complaining about lock picking, archery, etc.
As for the 60 bucks i paid, well if i didnt pick the game up ever again, i got over 60 hours of enjoyment out if it. To get that out of going to the movies i would have to pay roughly 300 bucks.

Thats your opinion, again, don’t ask people not to voice their opinion because you have a different one. You like the game and the studio that’s up to you. You will tolerate all of these bugs, that’s up to you. Well we don’t, the game is in a really bad shape. I will buy any dlc they produce in a snap, but this doesn’t change that the game is in a bad shape and we hve the right to bitch about it.
