How Dare You Charge 60 Dollars for a Game in This State

Just because you haven’t had the misfortune this player has doesn’t mean the errors aren’t happening. I know this from bitter experience with KCD. I personally had to buy an external hard drive just so I could back my save game data having lost days of gameplay due to things this guy spoke about. These weren’t small issues. Five days of lost gaming is not trivial

My english may not be the best but i do not think i said that the problem isnt there:) i said that in some cases it helps with the solution i explained.

he was replying to Flashfire, not you ^^

A cry for attention? I get it, you’re a huge fanboy who thinks it’s reasonable for a 60 dollar game to be riddled with bugs. Apparently I have no right to be angry about the fact that I was ripped of and sold a game not fit for purpose, but yeah, I’m crying for attention. I guess I should be happy that I was allowed to pay for the privilege of having my time wasted over and over again because they decided to release a game way before it was ready.

I was only trying to help and i am really sorry if i sounded offending against somebody. Like i said i know the game has ALOT of bugs and if the release was to early or not to reflect on the Company in the long run remains to see. My personal opinion is that they should have waited, but they may also have reasons we dont know about. My opinion is that the game have not been tested the way it should have been.

Well, that didn’t take long for you to roll out the “fanboy” crap!

Yes, blindly defending the company as if you work for them, when the game clearly wasn’t ready for release and calling my legitimate complaint and anger a cry for attention shows your allegiance to the company to a fault. You. Are. A. Fanboy. I don’t care for the term myself, but if the sideways Warhorse Studios Starter Cap fits…

I don’t know what their reasons are for releasing it in this state, but doing so has sullied what could have been an amazing game and their reputation will suffer for this. It’s really a shame. I was looking forward to this game for a long time, and I honestly don’t want to play it anymore, because who knows what new bug is going to trash my next three hours of playtime.

Why to argue, when after patches everyone are gonna shut? :disappointed_relieved:

I think you’re missing his point which is that there’s a time and a place. He’s trying to help you realise that raging on a forum does nothing but waste your own time and is just counter intuitive.

I have to laugh. This forum are filled with so many harsh, personal offending and non argumental discussions. Cant we all try to be adults and have understanding for each other?

It’s not possible at the moment. Many people are frustrated, but sadly, acting immature. But, as i said, after patches everything gonna stabilize and many threads are gonna be about the game mostly. :relieved:

lighting a candle and hoping you’re right!

It’s a standard thing for every game with problems at release, but at least, i know, that WH are working hard and listening to feeback. If many people helped with info and etc. instead of rants, so maybe, the process have been faster a bit. But, i’m just ingoring such threads and people like that, cus i know, that this’s temporarily for them to act like that. When the game going to be fixed with patches and fed with content they’ll come back to us. :sunglasses:

There was no blind defense whatsoever. I mentioned a few hang-ups I ran into, I suggested short-term solutions for you to ensure your game is in fact saved, and suggested you be more specific in describing when something didn’t work properly with one.

You’re the one who came waltzing in here within minutes of creating your account, demanding a refund. You didn’t even say where you bought the game from (hint: you’d need to go through that source to try getting your money back).

I also acknowledged the game has bugs and glitches that are being worked on, but it is hardly “broken.”

So, if all you’re here to do is gripe without coming up with anything productive or worth reading, if all you’re going to do is throw out baseless claims about how the company is destined to fail, I suggest you go find another place to cry.

I cannot proceed past the starting area of the game due to a bug.
What part of that isn’t broken?

How about an agreement where smart people don’t respond to this kind of silly post? I’m losing my faith in the human race reading what people with the money and free time to play an indie “sim” about someone’s view of the medieval world believe they are entitled to. Purchase > Play > Decide either a) Refund via store or b) Check if there are solutions to your “bugs.”
