How to get Access to the game - Steam / PS4 / XBOX

Dear Knights,

Here are some Informations about obtaining Access to the game.

Backers of our crowdfunding campaign who pledged for a digital version will find their Steam access to the release version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance in their profile on the 13th of February.

Console backers will instead find a key for XBox One or PS4 in their profile.

Backers of a physical edition will receive their package around the 13th of February. We will send the boxes early, but we can´t guarantee delivery on time. Depending on your location delays of several days are possible.

Everyone will get Access to the game on the 13th of February. There will be no preload.

Changes of the platform or from one pledge to another one are not possible anymore.

The WH-CMs still telling on Steam: there will be a preload.
And on Twitter the same. Keys: the code now available on the profile IS for the physical disk version. The second key for higher tiers is missing.

So just to confirm… Even though I have physical version (PC) I can’t install until the hour of release?
Its not letting me install D:

Already did this Saturday, Sunday I received a mail saying that is supposed to be fix but I don’t have anything …

J’ai bien le code, j’essaie de l’entrer sur le playstore, sans succès.
L’accès est bien confirmé pour PS4 (j’ai changé quand il était possible de le faire).
J’ai essayé de précommander et de payer via le code ou d’ajouter le code directement.
Le même message revient systématiquement : code invalide ou déjà utilisé.

I have the code, I try to enter the playstore, without success.
Access is confirmed for PS4 (I changed when it was possible to do so).
I tried to preorder and pay via code or add code directly.
The same message always comes back: invalid code or already used.

So loyal backers cant preload, while anyone who pre-ordered the game on console stores already have the game installed and will be able to play as soon as the game relases, while us backers who have been waiting for 4 years will have to install the game?

Nevermind, found the profile section, seems im all sorted and can preload now.

I also have the problem of no platform being listed. I submitted a request yesterday but have no had any response. While I understand that the CS department is likely swamped it’s frustrating to not have access to something I paid for, and not have a response to what should be an easily resolved problem.

I have the PS4 version specified in my profile, but no PS4 key shows up in my profile. I did get some nice PC DVDs in the post, though.

What do I need to do to get a PS4 code to show up in my profile?
