I usually never do this. But Seriously people !?

The bugs in the game are much more bearable than this lad’s grammar.

"We are in 2018 and this game is worth the money of a game that came out in 2000. "

Given inflation, i agree . Year 2000 60 bucks is worth 86 bucks today. So we got a steal

I think it’s PMS. Nothing a bit of chocolate and a nice soppy film won’t fix.

That’s not a good example of what fighting was really like. …they could use sharp swords, and do nothing to each others armour.

I thought the archery and combat was shiite when I first started playing, realizing that it is quite realistic I practiced both quite a bit, now I am not too bad at either. The game was built around being realistic you have to practice each skill, horse riding P.P Lock picking ect.

I first found archery to feel sucky. and cursed henry and the game a bit for the utter inability, to swat a fly with a rolled up porn magazine.

But lo and behold, …progress: practice and level, and things become much much easier, flow better and faster etc.

I also really don’t get what people have against the horse riding. It’s like witcher IIIs mechanic, just (imho) much better.

I pretty much like that many thing of KC:D are NOT like all the other tired old trope stuff out there.

That’s not true actually. People in this industry enjoy talking about their products and discuss their opinions. They go to conventions and meet smaller studios and try their games and give them an opinion as to how they can do more polish.

Even though I’m angered by the bugs and all the crashing, this game is still one of my favorites and it’s only going to get better.

You actually think this kids had sex?

Also. This was never a triple A title. It’s a niche game created by a brand new studio who’s trying to push the boundaries and create a new mainstream genre for people to play and appreciate. Context is important

Im sure some of them give a little advice here and there, as long as its not to their own detriment. Such as real estate mogels giving tips to fledgling investors that cant possibly touch the property they want. But without the code, the most information they could give, probably equates to a beta tester opinion

If you get stuck on a bush try one of these two solutions:

  1. Hop off your horse, walk away about 100 feet, and then whistle for it.
  2. Fast travel to the nearest location.

I don’t know what “SMoothness of a 2010 game” even means.

Or jump and push through the bushes

What happen? :smirk:

DevilzRightHand as far as the melee combat, dont let it shy you away from this game, because this game IS a masterpiece.

In graphics alone it has no equal as I know currently, in other RPGs. This game looks incredible. But that combat system, ya I too had a lot of trouble at first in the beta. But I recently came back and linked my steam account, downloaded through steam, then gave it another shot with the full release version. And you know what? I did the training quests and actually did decent. The trainer didnt murder me like he did in the damn beta. Pay close attention to the melee training quest and what the trainer says. Timing is critical. And I think you can go talk to that trainer and practice extra when you want too. I will probably forget what I learned if I try to fight any normal NPCs though haha, I need more practice. But again, DONT let the combat system throw you off from this game, just keep practicing, get your skills up. To be honest I normally use bows, but since I did have some luck this time with the melee system I will be doing it much more. Good luck!
