Unfortunately I am now even able to launch the game from Steam. My videocard is Radeon R9 290x, running on Win10 64 bit.
I tried using old Catalyst 15.11 drivers and new Adrenalin 18.2.2 drivers, still no result.
Any solution? Log files look empty.
Adding following lines to system.cfg does not work either:
sys_WER = 2
e_svoTI_Active=-1
e_svoTI_GsmShiftBack=0
Try to deactivate the Steam Overlay (in steam settings), and if you have any overlay type with your Radeon, I don’t know. I had the same issue when my Nvidia GeForce Experience Instant Replay is active, I have to deactivate it otherwise the game doesn’t start. Hope it helps
Tried that as well. I even uninstalled win10 xbox application so it wont try to run dvr or any other overlay. Still no 
I guess I will just refund it instead. I doubt that problem is going to be fixed 
Well, I sent a message on that mail but we both know that fix is not going to happen.
