Please, can someone tell me, if I can get them for my town without robbing my liege and the workers?
This is the last thing I have to do, to make my npc list “complete”.

It’s so hard for me to overcome this:
I actually hate them so much, but I want to make it complete.
It makes no sense, that they want to rob for coin, when I offer them a solution for their problems.
Who rights such nasty characters for the “best friends” of the hero and the hero even goes with it?!

Can I bring them to give up on their plans?

No but you can betrayd them talk too andrew after this you talk whit fritz that andrew want too betrayed them then go too talmberg find the gold you get a empty bag this you deposit in andrews inn then back too robard and tell they was it and then back too the inn a whatch what you have done :joy:

But you need too wait whit this till the siege on talmberg ive you want this finished you need andrew for that but its give a achievment for it and the 20 groschen that they bring in when you do the right judjing is it not worse they site the full day in the inn and drinking

I agree with everything you say, but the quest is faulty, badly done, and just wrong. Why would i steal 3000 groschen for my buddies when i have 1 million in my purse. Its outrageous, and in the vangrant thefts early in the game the developers already fixed this issue so you can just PAY the vagrant to avoid stealing. The same thing should have been done for the two deadbeats. I pay them, they don’t hurt people. They are my friends, and i am rich, so i take care of them, especially if they pay me 20 groschen a day to pay me back in in Pritzslavitz. I mean isn’t that what Divish is doing anyway?!? He is paying me back with tax for the work i do??

They botched it on the disguise quest. Felt it was a lead up to a quest chain. Then decided not to do it but didn’t take it out and left you with a useless piece of junk. Heck they took out the beta quests for Samopesh and left that place about useless if it wasn’t for the BS.

I made that quest now and blamed all on andrew.
Now matthew and fritz are gone and I can’t find them anymore.

Any idea where they could be after the inn at the glade?

What quests have you finished?

After successfully robbing the quarry you need to give both of them their share and then they will return to Inn at the Glade (it might take them a while.)

I took the money directly from talmberg and gave them their share at the inn.

I reloaded and did the quest again, now I have them in my town.

Maybe it was a hiccup of some sort? :woman_shrugging:

Strange, when you take the money from Talmberg the guys should come to the quarry anyways.
Would be cool to have a save in that state. If you still have it, would you mind sending it to me?

Strangely when I played the last time, I saw matthew runing out of my town and followed him out of curiosity, he went to a hill above the quarry.

473 - quest finished, Henry stands infront of hanged andrew and sir robard goes to tavern. last time I found Fritz and matthew inside of it.

Welp, looks like I’m not going to have Matthew and Fritz in my village. Frame and hang an innocent man on account of these two deadbeats? No thanks. I already gave them a job as carpenters in Ledetchko, if I remember correctly and they botched it!

I agree. Unfortunate, there isn’t a less larcenous and less murderous way to recruit your hometown friends

Meanwhile, Alex appears to be a stand up guy in talking with Henry and working on behalf of his follow Skalitz people (in beggar’s feast and aquarius), and yet we can’t recruit him.

Exactly, I was taken aback when there was no option to recruit Alex. I guess nice guys finish last.

I wish could just walk up to those two fools and basically disown them as friends, their quest line for the Cuman disguises is still nagging at me.

I think it is the 1st part of an abandoned questline that did not get removed.

Fritz said Henry was the brains. I want to step up to them and tell them ‘remember when you called me the brains. Well, I still am. You need to listen to me because i’m looking out for you… trying to save your sorry arses from the hangman. If you don’t listen, I’m going to beat your arse. what happens next is up to you’

depending on speech scores and what you’ve done to build your mate reputation score, they (1) listen, (2) don’t listen but then follow you after the beating, (3) don’t listen but then kick your arse and walk away, or (4) don’t listen, get their arses kicked but still walk away

I feel it was a start to the 3 raiding bandit camps and traders on the road and not get blamed. but the Idea was dropped. but not the fetch quest part of the getting the armor.
