My opinion on the game so far (PS4 version)

So I have been playing for like 25h now on the ps4 and i easly give it a 10/10 I wanted to say 9 to be more reasonable but i couldn’t thats how much am enjoying the game however the game has some problem but it doesn’t even bother me here are some bugs/problems people complain about that i DONT agree

*R2 is not working on the ps4 this is game breaking bug but you can fix it your self by changing using the ps4 controller assignment to switch R2 to L2 and the game works just fine

*texture pop ups/ I dont know why it bothers people but its like 0.5 to 1 seconds only happen in big cities its so little i dont even notice its definitely not an immersion breaking

*loading screens during conversation, well the loading screen is short but sometime it takes longer than usual i dont complain about this one either cuz if you compare it to a game like skyrim or fallout 4 the total load screen time is still much lower.

*locking picking is to hard on consoles/ well for me the harder the better so i dont care plus this game aims for realism its meant to be hard locks aren’t easy to pick, like lock picking in other games are so boring its almost like if you have the keys.

*Archery is a total mess/ i dont even know what to say to this one i strongly disagree its actually the most fun bow and arrow game-play ive ever played the feeling when u cant shoot anything but then u train hard and become a shard shooter.

*saving the game/ ok i kinda agree with this one i mean i like the idea of not being able to save whenever you want what i dont like what if you want to turn off your ps4 and there are no beds near you or u dont have a drink, they should make an exist save where when you exist, the game will save and when you load the save data will delete it self.

so far i haven’t encountered any bugs exept the one i mentioned and that bug is on every ps4 they made a coding wrong

Go to menu. Force your Ps4 in Sleep Modus and you need no save. You can go to sleep, to work or vacation :slight_smile:

LOL thats what exactly am doing this is just what people are complaining about that doesn’t bother me but its something need to be fixed.

I have played 5 hours on Ps4 Pro. R2 still function. The Sounds in Conversations are not loud enough and the “mission” with the “büttel” (police) has stopped.

That’s my bugs so far.

to be honest with you i dont know why but people on the pro has way more problems i saw someone saying his game keeps on crashing in the ps4 pro my game haven’t even crashed once and i dont know what you mean by the mission with the police. and conversions are just fine for me

After you have thrown the poo on the Wall of the House.

I have Beta 5.50 OS installed and a SSHD in the ps4 maybe it helps :slight_smile:

oh ok well all bugs are temporary they will get fixed soon in 2 weeks there will be a new patch with huge bug fixes

update i encountered my second glitch while doing sir hans side quest after playing the dice game i couldnt talk to him which lead to fail the quest and still cant talk to him.

I give this game 9/10. Gameplay is easily 10/10 for me, the lost point is because of glitches, bugs, some blurry textures and LOD popping. Nothing major, but not quite perfect. Gameplay is as close to perfect as I’ve ever seen in a game. (PS4 for me too)

there is a new 15gb updte btw i i just had my 1rst crash that made my save corrupt not even mad for some reason just gonna start a new game :grin::grin:

Just here to say that I’m feeling the same way… Love the archery in this game.

Hey I would like to ask about the graphics.Are they that realistic or not? Cause I saw some people complaining that the 900p resolution is kinda awful

the graphics are very realistic better than 90% of the games ive played on ps4 but those people compare it to pc version which is of course much more realistic but thats the case in every game. the only draw back it the texture pop ups which i mentioned above.

I don’t mind low-medium textures, you can’t expect good old PS4 to perform miracles but the pop-ins are unforgiving. It breaks the immersion so much. There will always be some in every game but here it’s a mess. Do you guys think it will be optimized in coming weeks or is it a matter of months?
