New Stretch Goals - Will you pledge more money? and why?

With the new strech goals announced will you be willing to pledge more than you have already? The though have certainly crossed my mind. And it is YES.

A bit of money flow analysis from the back of my mind. (errors may occur)
The flow of new backers and new money to the project has been overwhelming, Especially the first week into the kickstarter. I started to notice a decline in about week 2. But still the campaign had a steady 20.000,- cash flow of a day. Which is still a heck of a lot of money.

Ever since this monday (03.02.14) the project have only gone from 600.000 to 660.000ish. That is 40.000,- less than last week (today is saturday), if you compare it to the cash flow of that.

With only 12 days remaining, the Kickstarter community would have to raise 20.000,- a day to unlock the the 900.000,- strech goal. Which is by far the most exciting goal in my opinion. (I am already imagining ladder rankings and such, NO MP though)

Topic:
Will the new stretch goals keep luring in new backers? or do we have to do it ourselves? or to put it in other words; will you be willing to? with the new stretch goals announced.

Best Regards
Ilsfort

I have already upped my pledge from ā€˜Soldierā€™ to 'Baron.'
Whilst there are additional features I would like to see, I only have a limited amount of funds available.
It is not that I wouldnā€™t like to see the features added, but more that my level of contribution is as high as I am comfortable with.

Balla.

I have upped my pledge from Earl to King today. I am really wanting to hit at least the Ā£700,00 and every little bit helps.

The extras bonuses received at this level are very nice of course, but this was more about giving as much as I can possibly spare as a show of support to the Warhorse team. The ideas and in-game concepts they have shown thus far have really captured my imagination and I would love for this game to be incredibly successful and fun to play.

I have updated baron to viscount, I would help more but I canā€™t afford it.

Remember that the typical kickstarter poject pledge graph is U shaped (for those that get funded at all and especially for those that offer stretch goals). There is a lot at the beginning, then the pledge rate decreases a lot in the middle (with slight spikes associated with updates and other promo) and then there is a ā€œrun on the bankā€ towards the very end. So if you want to make estimates, you should use that knowledge. Perhaps you could look at the data from many other successful computer game kickstarter projects, compute the relative increase of pledges towards the end and average that out to find out approximately how much you can expect the pledge rate to be the last two or three days in Kingdom Come. You could do even better with the use of time series and other mathematical toolsā€¦but that is probably not worth the time (as long as you are not going to use that to build a new kicktraq).

From my previous research:
Regarding the final pledge amount according to kicktraq it is between Ā£782,935 a Ā£950,445 and kickspy places the amount at Ā£1,099,987. When I was comparing the prediction methods kickspy seemed more accurate than kicktraq. I think it is almost certain that the final amount will be over Ā£800,000 but probably higher.

Im just estimating from the average atm being 15k a dayish, id rather not get my hopes up and be dashed at the end, id rather be surprised.

are minimum will probs be around 800k

I have change my pledge from a peasant to a knight. Reason? I realized that this would be the game what I always wanted to play and even I have limited ā€œsourcesā€ I must do it

Iā€™ve already pledged enough for Knight (ordinary) Tier, just upped it to Baron.

Iā€™m new to Kickstarters though so if I pledge again, could someone tell me if Iā€™ll end up getting two packages, or will it just upgrade the package Iā€™ve already got? (Itā€™d be cool if i received both a physical and digital copy of the game and double the goodies but itā€™d be awkward if I ended up with two packages - I suppose I could always gift it but Iā€™d have to pay double the shipping and thatā€™s in excess of $20)

Also will our forum badges be changed to reflect our new pledges at some point?

Iā€™d pledge more (because holy shit I am so ready for motion cap fighting techniques and horses you have no idea) but unfortuinately I donā€™t have unlimited funds. :<

You click change your pledge click new level and change the amount pledged to that level then confirm to the card

Thanks! I wish Iā€™d known that two hours ago, I just ended up pledging again instead of changing the pledge Iā€™d already made (I think itā€™s pretty obvious Iā€™m bad when it comes to stuff like kickstarters).

I should probably message KS about it, as I have no way of cancelling that extra order

it shouldnā€™t allow you to do it again unless you have 2 accounts i thought

Apparently it let me pledge again whilst not being logged in which is really weird. I only have the one account, and when I got that confirmation message it linked me to Warhorseā€™s KS page and then asked me to log in. On my account page it still shows the old pledge (Knight tier) instead of Baron tier, so Iā€™ve contacted KS about it directly.

Maybe itā€™s just a slight delay in the system and itā€™ll show the proper reward tier later /shrug

Iā€™m in at the baron physical copy level. I would have doubled my investment to earl, had it come with acts 2 & 3. Iā€™m just not interested in all the trinkets.

Fantastico!!! Me gustan mucho estos strech goals

I pledged 75euros for earl. Why? This game is awesome. + i like the extra stuff and i want this game to be good as it gets.

Iā€™ve already given all I can but I encourage anyone under baron to upgrade.

I just upgraded to Baron, and I am extremely excited to see this project come to fruition! Although itā€™s odd that I donā€™t have ANY forum badge at all.

They said that it could take up to 48h for the PM to reach us on Kickstarter.

Yes. Because projects like this are rare and ambitious, and Iā€™ll always support small businesses with little extra.
The use of motion detection will be the cherry on top of this piece of art.
