No looting after the battle of Pribislavitz?

So I just had the battle of Pribislavitz and since I heard you could loot the camp afterwards and I was too busy with fighting I decided to loot it later. Turns out there was nothing left besides some shields and chests that don’t really have anything useful in them. So is this a bug or are you just not supposed to loot the camp afterwards? Could you loot it?

Oh and by the way, is the fight against Runt supposed to be that easy? I mean I suck at combat but it took me like 10 seconds to take him down lol.

all the bodies will always disappear. even in the 1st time played the game during launch. but all the weapons always stayed behind. if you look anywhere you remember someone dieing youll most likely find there weapon there. im not sure if thats been changed in 1.41. also they fixed getting into the fort to loot runt by making a popular bush to jump on into a tiny bush that will not allow u to jump into the fort. i made a work around for this in a video on youtube. if you want a link lemme know. if you want to loot all the cumans, bandits, and guards then loot them as they fall cause once the quest ends they disappear, how ever runt will still be up there right after completion.

Well there was nothing left, not even weapons. Anyway I would be grateful if you could give me the link on how to get to Runt. How long will his body stay there?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOj1csQQMzw&t=2s if u want the loot badly reload the quest baptism of fire and loot em all. after hearing you dont see weapons everywhere i hope runts still there and loot -able . i always fast traveled right back to the fort once u load back up in rattay.

Thanks, I’ll try it out. Well I don’t really need the loot since I have enough groschen but it would have been nice to loot them nevertheless.

Runt used to still be there, but in 1.4 he was removed. His sword remained.

The only really notable loot was that one bandit has a Nuremberg chest. Make sure you get it before you get to Runt. You only have a short window of opportunity to do this.

He is actually immortal until they retreat. I hit him five times in succession with a hunting spear, 122 damage, and he remained at 1HP. As soon as they called for a retreat, one hit took him out.

Well I don’t have 1.4 yet so I hope it will work.

If you mean the Nurembergian cuirass, I already have that one.

Yes, best chest armor. If you already have it, then it’s not worth wasting time looting anything. From a RP, justice, kind of perspective, you can headcracker Runt, take his weapon, equip it, then kill him with his own sword while he is unconscious. This triggers the cutscene.

No achievement or anything for doing it, but considering your previous encounter where Runt was immortal, and immune to headcracker, the cheater, it felt like justice. His gear is worthless if you already have better.

damn that stinks, you cant loot runt anymore. yea he never had anything good anyways just average gear. but i gotta loot everything and everyone dammit lol.

Yeah I thought that he doesn’t have anything special, but I also thought maybe his sword or something else is unique so I wanted to collect it.

It is also a good occasion to grab that hound skull helmet. Only other known wearer to me is a soldier in merohjed camp, but it kills immersion for me to knock an ally out for his helmet

i knocked them all out and took everything, there was 3 i think i couldnt because 1/3 would always wake up.

You have to loot while in battle

Get a better saddle and empty the horse out and then loot and send all to horse

one of the chests on top of the hill is full of gear. More than me and my horse could carry.

Random bandits, and bandits in the Bernard/Robard/Sasau guy bandit hunting questline have it. There’s also a bandit in Pribyslavitz that has it before the battle. You can also get it during Rattled quest if you put it in your inventory before the fight starts.

I looted all the chests but there was nothing really valuable in them.

I don’t think that’s true. As far as I know (and wiki says the same) the only two locations where you can find the hounskull are Pribyslavitz and the Merohjed camp. Since sneaking in Pribyslavitz is broken and I couldn’t find the guy wearing it during the battle I had to knock out my ally lol.

I had to knock him out anyway since I also wanted to have Radzig’s chaperon and the Skalitz shield.

much realism

All the methods I told you I have personally tested in the current patch, 1.41 on PC.

The wiki says? How cute.
