I know it has been reported but somehow was not adressed in 1.3 and I am not sure if warhorse is working on this currently so here another topic about the absence of random encounters.
I do not know when exactly the encounters stopped happening but currently I am doing the main quest “All that glisters” and I can travel for days over the whole map and nothing happens, ever.
I will now try to find an earlier savegame and probably lose several hours of progress.
Please Warhorse, take a look at triggers in quests that disable the random encounters and enable them afterwards. Or don’t disable them at all, may be fun to have bandits in the middle of a horse race…
