LOL, “months.” The Kickstarter ended a month and a half ago. Some people act like a few extra weeks is half a year or so, and now we know what the hangup’s been and how close they are to an initial version of the shop being ready. Calm down.
We’d like to get the store up and running in a matter of days, ideally in the first week of April,* at first provisionally on a trial basis with limited stock and, when we see that everything is working as it should, we’ll add the rest of the rewards.*
OK, you’re right. “months” is not correct. What I wanted to say: “soon” means different things to different people. So with something like “Coming end of April” everybody knew what’s up.
"…ideally in the first week of April…trial basis…" seems vague too. But this would be soon in my mind.
they didn’t know when until now, so how can they say april. soon is fine. people who think soon means days or weeks aren’t very experienced with game development, decisions, unpredictable delays, etc.
I sincerly hope that they are going to re-sell those swords. I regred not upgrading to the King-Pledge so much.
It’s okay - King didn’t come with a sword anyway.
Oops, it diddent? I most have missed the details with the pledges. Still, i would have liked to upgrade to a pledge that included a sword. But my wallet got a bit tight at the end.
It was the next one up from King, at about double the cost, but they were limited anyway.
King gets the engraving (which they said may end up a wood block thing instead of copper), one of the silver coins, etc.

Jeiij ^^
I’m fucking disappointed!
REALLY FREAKIN DISAPPOINTED!
Raising the Baron tier price +20$ was a fucktard move Warhorse -.-
They only raised it from 40$ to 45$ - I really don’t see Your problem? At least with the Digital Version. The Physical
Version was upped from 48$ to 55$. Where do You get Your 20$ raise from?

You should be disappointed by your own freaking ignorance, not by warhorse… Next time learn to distinguish between currencies. Baron tier price has never been 20 USD.
Well it was 25gbp which is aprox 30$ so they put additional 15$ on the price.
coversion ratio of USD to GBP is now approx. 1.68
251.68 = 42 (digital)
301.68 = 50,4 (physical)
You’re still not getting it.
Baron (digital) was 25 GBP on Kickstarter, which was about $40 USD. On the pledge site it’s $45.
You need to read closer, and you need to figure out your currency conversion better before you whine and complain. As it is right now, 25 GBP = $42 USD, so the value has actually changed just a bit since the Kickstarter prices were listed.
If you want all the pledge prices to be exactly the same as they were on Kickstarter, you’re barking up the wrong tree. With these now, the biggest difference is a few dollars, not $15 or $20.
Does purchasing the $45 pledge give us access to the complete game? Or is it just alpha and beta access? Thanks.
Yes, it does. All tiers except the lowest one (5usd) contain the complete game.
(The complete game being Act I, yes.)
To be precise act 1 is the “full” game like described on the kickstarter page. The whole story is planned as a triology (three acts), for example like the Mass Effect games. Only the first act comes with the pledge but it is a full game (alpha and beta just come on top of that in the respective higher tiers)…
And some of those higher tiers had Act II and in some cases III as part of the pledge, but they’re not guaranteed to happen. There’s good reason to think they will based on the support so far, but it’s not set in stone. In that regard, more pledging surely won’t hurt.
