I bought the digital edition of the game and it told me the purchase has been confirmed and it returned me to the game’s website but it won’t show a link to the installer/downloader in my profile page (the only options are to update my profile details or log out) or anywhere else. Can anyone help me with this?

Yes, I tried that just now again. I sign in, it takes me to my profile page and the only options are to update my profile information or log out.
Maybe there is something wrong with your badge, please be patient, I will take care about it, but it could take a while, as we have a lot of requests.
I also wanted to try the beta via Steam but cannot find any key on my profile overview, that I could type in for activating the game on steam.
i also used the launcher, but there i have the problem, that i cannot set to fullscreen?! game is always running in windowed mode…

Yes there is an option in section "Graphic Settings"
Set the “Fullscreen” option to “Yes”

Same here, no launcher link. In addition, where would I find the Steam link? Searched for it under Steam, haven’t found it there.
did you by any chance play alpha?
If so your alpha should be automaticaly updated to beta.
I dont know wheter you can get launcher version if you already have a steam one.

I know you guys are busy, but is there any kind of estimation for how long I might have to wait to have this issue resolved?
I’m asking because it’s been almost a week now and I’ve noticed newer users with similar problems (missing launcher link) and they have already received a fix to the issue.
Hopefully tomorrow. We try to find out what went wrong, but we can´t see what exactly for now, this makes it somehow difficult.

Let me know if there’s any useful information I can give regarding the purchase, in case there’s a possibility that something went wrong from my side (like some web browser add-on accidentally interfering with the game’s website or something like that.)
