You know it is the exception, not the rule, to be able to correspond with companies.
Try contacting microsoft/apple/sony etc… or even the local telco…
Sure, prior to thm getting a million more people, just like us, trying to contact them… they responded quicker.
Now with a tonne of urgent work to do;
Should they a)respond to generic emails all asking the same thing
b) do the work (understanding that once issues corrected responding to masses might not be needed)
(Its the later)
