I have the same issue just spend an hour selling kit and haggling, now have to do it all over again 
Yeah, this bug was fixed. It COULD be part of the 1.3 patch, if we won´t find any related bugs to this fix.

The bug just happened for me and according to Steam i have the latest version. Guess i will have to throw away another hour of gameplay…
#MeToo So is there a console command to exit conversation? That would be very handy for those of us who are stuck.
Loving the game btw! Beautifully rendered and tons of fun! I also suffer from the, @#$%! I can’t go to bed until I find a way to save, so you’ve made me sleepy @ work many a day since release. - Just sayin.

I am experiencing this bug now…just saved my file last night and decided to turn in this morning, I’m stuck in dialog.
Does anyone know if 1.3 fixed this?

Yes, I’m passed this quest. Patch 1.3 fixed this.
It’s not just that quest im having that conversation glitch during the siege quest when im going too uzhitz too talk with the priest and the conversation won’t end, it worked the first time but when i fast travelled i was kicked out too the dashboard since then this is happening playing on Xbox.

I’v just started my second play. Hardcore mode. Just finished the bird quest without problems, but then I talk to Theresa and get stuck in the conversation.
Which dialogue exactly??? There are some hundreds of new lines…

not using any mods and it’s when she want’s to give me lockpicks.
but does the HD sound pack count?
No, that’s direct from Warhorse.But it helps to know if and witch DLCs (also HD pack) you have installed.
It would be helpful if you could send Warhorse a bug report and a save (direct before the dialogue).

ok so i got very good news i found out what’s causing the bug and it’s happening when you have the hd sound pack on, worked when i removed hd sound pack.
