I got the castle’s uniform, paid the guard, the lad said “ok”, but the gate stay closed.

Hi guys,
I have a similar problem here. I complete that quest by jumping over the bridge and being not detected by the guards. I buried the parents and keep playing until a new main quest tell me to come back to talk to Sir Divish, but the gate is closed.
I cant complete this new main quest. Game breaking bug, maybe?
