The Armorer in Rataj has his door locked all day since 1.4.1 update. Anyone has the same problem?
Sometimes the last one in, locks the door if the shop isn’t yet open (or leaves it open when it should be closed allowing you to enter and trespass).
You might be able to enter from the kitchen (rear access upstairs, or side access through a storeroom), shop and then leave through the front. If not try him later (the artisan or armourer may leave during the day for a short while), or on another day. He is present and available in my current save.
You have in Rattay 2 blacksmiths and a swordsmith who can do some repairs or will buy some types of equipment in the meanwhile, as well as other smiths in Sasau, Talmberk and Ledetchko.
I’ll try the kitchen then. Although I can see them through the window so they’re there. I would say this could be a bug because I have literally tried waiting in front of the door the whole day using “T” to wait an hour after each try. No luck.
For most people on PC, he sleeps all day now, and never opens his shop. There is another post about it, tons of people have tried all sorts of things, with funny results.
Had the problem, too. He was lying in what seems the be the bailiff’s bed all day long. I tried to lure him out of the room first but it didn’t work so I decided to knock him out and carry him to the front door of his shop. Of course I got caught, spent ten (!) days in jail and he hated me afterwards, but at least this “fixed” him for me…
