alot of british trucks use stickers which could be heat gunned off but i would imagine with a bit of effort they would come off in half hour of scrapping as well

It has been reported that the main operations against Ukraine were undertaken by Russian equipment. Especially the tanks and artillery were all manned by Russians. The lowest estimate of Russian losses published by Nemtsov is at 200, and quite frankly, I very much doubt that the “separatists” would stand a chance against the Ukrainian army.

Well according to that journalist from vice . Who has been there bascially from the start apart from a short break after he was arrested then released a few days later by the pro-Russians .

Anyway he said the Russians have actually only been fully involved twice during key battles that the separatists started to lose . So the Russians came in and turned the tide the. Pulled back out .

Which would sound more realistic then being involved permanently as they would be spotted to easily by the media .

No, it is about being in, sitting around the campfire and barbecuing until the shit hits the fan. Then engaging the home army, and once the home army is defeated, leaving it to the local terrorists to deal with the POWs as they wish and retreating to the campfire.

Same as any country . The law states you can use "reasonable " force including lethal . It’s down to the jury to decide if they think you used “reasonable” force .

Although they have got a lot less strict on the perimeters of reasonable force due to an incident where two men broke into a farm and the farmer shot them through a wall .

He went through a long lengthy court battle before being cleared but there was national uproar that he was even treated as a criminal in the first place so the government basically revised the law to the courts and came out and officially said that if you are acting in self defence the law is on yourside .

Simply dealt with case by case

Well not here. Here the law says that you can use a force that is not “manifestly disproportionate to the manner of the attack”, which is a very different standard.

What is a traffic warden? He is not a cop then? (Only cops give tickets in my country, unless you are fishing/hunting, where also fishing/hunting guard may fine you, and those are the only exceptions)

They are both friends he has dressed up as a warden .

They just go around and if you are parked illegally or have not paid . They stick a ticket on your window .

Just saves the police the time and effort of enforcing parking laws

I understand that now. I would have no chance of seeing that while it was happening.

Some guys were doing a prank couple of years ago here where two of them would stop a car by the sidewalk and put the third one into the trunk.

During first try someone called cops. Half a town closed off, helicopters in the sky, every cop in bulletproof vests and with SBR. All unknown to them.

Fifteen minutes later SWAT stopped them, trashed windows, pulled them out, tinted skiing glasses on heads, each one into different SWAT car and then 48 hours of interrogations of them and families and friends and witnesses before the cops were satisfied that nothing really happened.

Which kind of tells you call the cops and stay away.

But then there was the case where 3 Bulgarian gypsies stopped by the sidewalk and snatched a 19 year old girl. The street seemed empty but they failed to see a guy at the other end who called the cops.

The fuckers were attempting to rape her on the back seat while the police cars were just metres behind them - they were doing it during the actual police pursuit. Which kind of tells you when someone is in distress and you can help them, you must do so.

Well if you don’t find the car the hostage is as good as dead.

If you find the car but can’t stop it (i.e. react like the fake traffic warden), the hostage is as good as dead.

We do have very little crime, but when it happens, it is taken extremely seriously.

Well yes i can see that but is the entire police force really needed to stop one car? If something like that occurred here i could see maybe 4-5 cop cars and a helicopter following the vehicle trying to stop them.

Not to stop, but to prevent it from leaving the town.

If a bank robbery occurs here there are usually roadblocks with SBRs on every road out of the town and out of the region.

Some cops close it off while others are looking for the suspects.

It also has the effect that the crooks just give up once they see cops instead of trying their luck, because they know that whatever they come up with they will be always outgunned.

quick look online and it appears the US literally has in the hundreds in eastern Europe . according to wiki you have 39,000 in germany but im not sure how up to date that figure is as we have both been slowly pulling out of germany since 2012 . im not up to date on how far along that is so couldnt say
