Yes because there is nothing stopping the flow of weapons going into Illinois .

If they stuck a proper border round the state and attacked the black market inside Illinois . After a number of years a large chunk of the guns would be off the streets and that flow of illegal weapons would be small . In turn the gun crime would gradually start to come down .

Well, he was saying that in connection with riots in a refugee prison camp. That is where those who are caught in the country are put before being sent away, and at the same time they don’t ask for asylum in the Czech Republic. Basically these are people who are just trying to pass through the country to reach Germany (if they would ask for asylum here, they couldn’t do so later in Germany, and Germany has much higher acceptance rates).

So basically, he tells people who don’t want to be here (and already would not be here if the cops wouldn’t catch them on trains/lorries) that nobody invited them. Don’t know if that helps anything.

They don’t need weapons going into it. A large weapon shipment would be caught very quickly in a city like Chicago. As i said most guns come from inside the city. It at the point now where gangs can murder people at will because the police do nothing, and the citizens can’t defend themselves.

they dont do large shipments though do they . its a gun in a car here and there . No European nation has such a problem on such a scale . they were worried here for a little while as thieves were targeting gun owners houses specifically in an attempt to steal the weapons . which is why they are very anal here about checking you have them locked up correctly .

for me i agree the gun its self is not an issue , its ensuring only the responsible and right people have access to them .

when you have 100 million guns in the system unregulated 800,000 disappearing goes unnoticed . thats my point with it , just stemming the flow of guns to the black market by contoling guns that are in the system and keeping track of them .

but like i said the US is too far . you cant go back now . i just find it silly that someone who has never fired a gun in their life can walk into a shop and buy a powerful rifle with nothing more than a back ground check

I’ll agree with you on that. I do think you should have to take a fire arms safety course. The rule in my family always was until you take hunter safety( which is gun safety also) you can’t own a gun.

Probably equal, although the mob literally controlled everything, even high ranking generals in the U.S military were on the mob payrolls.

But just because the mob isn’t as aggressive doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Organized crime is very much alive and well in the U.S how ever they’re a lot more sneaky about. It’s probably due to the fact that they have powerful politicians on their payroll.

when you remove the guns from the system (apart from the licences holders ) you make it harder for such thugs to get hold of these weapons and you begin taking the guns off the thugs . its a long process .
