Ahead with what. The Treaty could not have been in force without Irish. If the 26 ratified it and the Irish didn’t, the Treaty would be dead. But they did. I don’t like the process in which it happened, but hey, it was democratic decision of their electorate.
Laws are open to interpretation. The circumstances of their adoption has huge impact on the laws interpretation.
Please read this:
We were occupied and ruled by the Soviets. We know what tyranny looks like. EU is far from that.
Either way, US is seriously fucked, and I really don’t see a way how to unfuck it any time soon.
If you are in the crowd, you expect to get away with anything. That is the way crowd mentality works.
That has nothing to due with my post or my question. Yes the U.S has serious problems, but mass racism is not one of them.
Well the dumb fuck paid for it with his own life, good riddance i say.
you dont get it do you ? the second referendum should have NEVER have happened .
the irish people voted no to the Lisbon treaty . it was a legal binding referendum meaning the irish government could not legally go against the result . therefore not ratify the treaty . therefore meaning the Lisbon treaty shouldnt of been allowed to continue . it should have been thrown away . as per EU rules . instead the EU parliament voted to continue with it anyway . meanwhile forcing the irish to hold another referendum in a reworded manor .
if a party is voted out of office it cant then force another election under the pre-text of "you didnt fully understand our policies " that goes against the entire principle of democracy .
no they’re not . they are black and white . if you shoot some random person you have committed murder not "well i interpret my actions differently "
and you’re repeating the same mistake all over again .
i understand what you’re saying in that the irish voted in favour in the second vote but the issue is the principle of that second vote taking place and why the first was not recognised and ignored by the EU
why not go for a fucking best of 3 result while we are at it destroying the very principles of a democratic result
Your pictures aren’t showing up.

Or justifiable homicide.
And everything between murder and justifiable homicide depends on the circumstances and interpretation.
You have a point there, I agree with that.
What I am saying is that it was Irish own government who decided to hold it again and Irish people who decided to vote differently. Blame them, not the EU.
If you go up and shoot a random person in the street you have committed murder (you sort of got me here ill hold up my hands , bad example by me
)
but the rules state in black and white that all member states must agree . this is changing to just a majority soon i believe but at the time all nations had to agree . if they dont . then the treaty must be thrown out . the irish voted no . so it should have been thrown out on the first vote .
they were forced to by the EU not officially but in meetings etc french president going to dublin to discuss it etc .
to deal with "the irish problem "
[the crazy pick up driver]
I’d try to grab his keys and failing that - as long as the woman was on the bed - shoot his tires.
There was this case of a girl kidnapped by 3 Romanian gypsies. They were attempting to rape her in the car while being pursued by a cop car. Imagine that, cops only 5 meters and yet a whole world away for who knows how long the pursuit lasted.
Sometimes you don’t know how you would react to a situation, but then you read about a case like that and your mind becomes clear.
yea their approach was stupid . they were concentrating to much on hurting the guy rather than stopping him . hitting him in the face isnt going to do jack shit . just go for the keys.
we cant see into the future however . but if someone is being kidnapped i think deadly force is justified
Was she being kidnapped? I just heard a bunch of shrieking.
And I’m very disappointed this didn’t happen in a Walmart parking lot.
Roasted.
she wasnt being kidnapped no but he was hitting her with something which was doing serious damage to her
Greatest title ever.
"Christian family band in deadly brawl with police in Walmart parking lot. "
oh my word this woman went there . watch to the end
the top comment is a good quote as well
“Think about it. Religion has actually convinced people that there’s an invisible man – living in the sky – who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!
But He loves you.”
