Living in a country that has the most atheist population in Europe (85%) has its perks. Not having to deal with this kind of debates is one of them.

the vast majority of brits dont follow religion at all . a good number still believe in a god but wouldnt describe themselves as religious . its a bit strange here like that :slight_smile:

I don’t want to be the president, and as for the money part, to be president you need to be either be a Democrat or Republican. Other wise you won’t get money for your campaign. You might not have to be personally rich, but you do need to be apart of a rich party.

Execution is legal in the U.S, as it should be.

Well things are different in the U.S. We don’t bend over for religion and let it dictate ours laws, weather its Islam Christianity, or Buddhism.

So i can see why Europeans fear religion, after all Islam is dictating the laws of several countries over there.

He will serve more than 21 years, but I bet you that he won’t be sitting for life. My bet is parole after 30-40 years.

Our Czech most famous life sentencee (hitman, 3 murders) is now about 24 years through and he is starting to be cracking up, year by year trying to reopen the case (last time alleging that the conditions for life sentence were not met during original sentencing), crying to newspapers, etc. He will be first eligible for parole in 2022 and I think that by that time he will be tame as a lamb. Not that he would be likely to get parole.

That’s the russian next generation jet called the T-50 . Enters service in a few years I believe .

It’s a stealth fighter . One the west is quite concerned about as its meant to have been designed to take on the F-22 and F-35 . For a lot less . So quite a few nations are keeping tabs on it . Purchase wise as it offers more bang for your buck

This is a big issue for us in terms of the F-35 . We have spent so much on it that to get a real chunk of our money back . We need to sell a lot of F-35’s at quite a high price . So if russia is offering a equal/better jet for a lot less money . Then a lot of nations will opt for the russian jet .

What do you consider a civilized country? Running water, electricity, infrastructure, schools, hospitals, ect. The fact that countries don’t have the death penalty is retarded. Certain people are too dangerous to kept alive. There have been plenty of cases where murders escape or are let out, and the first thing they do is kill again.

Must work differently in the U.K. Good to see they let murders out of prison over there.

Religion has nothing to due with the way our country is governed. Even under Christian presidents there have never been laws passed forcing religion on others. The constitution makes it perfectly clear that there should always be a separation of church and state.

Now lets go to Europe, where they are banning things that offend Muslims.

The U.S also is friends with Egypt and Saudi Arabia, does that mean we are a Muslim country? I really don’t see what you’re trying to say. It doesn’t matter who we are allies with, religion does not and never has dictated the laws in our country.
