The Lebanese authorities put the figure at 2%. There are over 400K refugees only from Syria, so that makes 8.000 possible ISIS sympathizers and followers.

That is quite a fair number though considering that some 6.000 Europeans (many of them Brits) went from EU to Syria and Iraq to join ISIS there. It’s about keeping the numbers equal.

No it’s not, and I can’t say I’m surprised. It just shows how weak and moronic our leader truly is.
