Russia is sending an AA frigate to the area , as well as deploying the S-400 long range AA , and from now on , all bombers will be escorted by fighters who are under orders to shoot down any aircraft , seen as a threat to the russian aircraft .

Thanks a fucking lot Turkey , just made the entire situation so much more fragile and likely fuck up the UK vote to deploy in Syria.

turkey is backing down real fast :slight_smile: russia is threatening to sanction them completely as well as the stopping of russian tourists (3.5 million russians visit turkey each year ) this could cost turkey up to 100 billion in trade deals :slight_smile:

and news coming for US officials is that it looks like the jet was in syrian airspace when it was actually shot down , this puts NATO in a very tricky situation , as publicly we have to back turkey but i think behind the scenes most think turkey have fucked up big time

@TheDivineInfidel it is simple Turkey does have a nemesis: Kurds. Kurds are fighting against ISIS, and ISIS is fighting the Kurds. So, if Turkey would attack ISIS, the Kurds would have fewer enemies to deal with.
In the turkish perspective it is way better for them to let ISIS fight against the Kurds, so they don´t have to do it anymore.
And not only this, Turkey can use the war on ISIS to fight against the Kurds without having problems, so better put some oil into the fire, because if this conflict is going on, they can fight the Kurds even longer.

NATO offered negotiations about security measures between Turkey and Russia after Russian incursions of Turkey airspace in October, Russia however rejected that.

NATO certainly is not pleased with turkey . years of perfectly calculating russia and vice versa ensuring no direct confrontation and in 17 seconds turkey flipped the fucking table over and sent the playing cards all over

The Cz-75 was a great gun to shoot, i vastly preferred it to the other pistols i shot on Wednesday. Although it kicked a good deal harder. I also shot an Ar, and a mosin but we were quickly told we couldn’t shoot the mosin because the range prohibits steel jackets, because it damages the bullet trap. :smile:

I was forgot to get a picture, since i was busy due to Thanksgiving but i’ll just have my Father text me a picture of it.

nope , not even acknowledged here , we have firework night though which is a British thing , celebrating the failed guy Fawkes plot to kill the king of England in 1605

people get drunk and let off fireworks , generally turns into all the men of the street trying to beat the others on who has the biggest firework . :slight_smile: for a few nights the UK sounds like WW2 all over again
