There is a mod at nexus that does this very well, sorry I do not remember the name or have a link on hand, but it is there…
The mod itself does not feature animations that show the putting on/off process. There should be the possibility to this via button press and there should be the possibility to open/close the visor during conversations
OMG you’re kidding right? There isn’t even an animation for eating from the cooking pot and you want an animation for pulling the hood off and on? Why? In first person, you can’t see it, what’s the point…? [face palm]
You can see it on your shadows. And yes there are plenty of animations missing.

Has improved since release but there is still a lot do…
For me especially on the floor and on NPC’s faces.
I’ve noticed you sometime lose some buffs upon reloading (blacksmith son, serrated edges). This is worth a fix, especially when you reload right before a battle because you died
