No XBox 1 X version runs in 1440p
PS4 Pro in 1080p
Normal X1 and PS4 900p

ā¦ but to say it differently, we are used to that X1X has much bigger sizes of games even if it doesnāt run 4K. So it is not strange to have 45 if PC has 35. Not sure if X1X enhanced games works similarly PS4 noted with this patch. It definitely is not strange to me.
I know, I also own GoW4 and after the X1X update the game now has a size from over 100gb 
But if you look at the numbers from PS4 Pro with 1080p and the X1X with 1440p Resolution is a good step.
My only solution why the X1X version is not bigger then the PS4 version, is that both versions use the same textures etc and the X1X can only output them in an higher resolution.

yeah i ended up uninstalling GOW4 due to file size. I have an external drive too but all my games are digital and that shit fills up fast.

So this is it! Update is there availabe for Xbox as well - this is Day 1 update.
Obvioulsy there a more on the way as per some twitter updates from warhorse but the one from today is giving everyoen the same start -PC,Xbox and Ps4

This is all a joke. Crouch Stealth bow shootdoesnt work. And they wanna tell us that this game received a over 20gig patch? I installed the game couple of days before release. And on day one there wasnt and came no Update or patch. And this game is so buggyā¦cant imagine this was patched and they missed all those bugs and errors and and and. Tomorrow the will sell us the day one patch as week one patch. Its a big load of bs that they now try to tell us we xboners got already a patch.sorryā¦i am a lot disappointed right now of this confusing and lying bs.

I havenāt been able to play it yet. Should I wait for the update? How is it?
I feel the same. Have installed the game last week and there was not any update until yet. So definitely not day-1 up to now.
Nice that PS already got patch 2 todayā¦
Additionally to all that mess only confusing communication from warhorseā¦ they donāt even seem to be able to talk with their publisher to harmonize their statementsā¦
in summary everything with this release was done wrong what was possible at allā¦
meanwhile this is so ridiculous that i start getting tired playing this game even after day-1 patchā¦

Yesā¦if i was youā¦you should wait until day one patch and than install it. It will increase the fun playing that game and it may save your time because it may possible that your old saves will be deleted after patch.

Actually, official statement from WarHorse is they will work, so we can stop this rumor 
Have heard so many different stories now from them. Contradictory and andā¦i dont trust their infos. 
i hope this time its right what they say.
Do you have a link to that statement? I know it was said at some point, but Iām wondering who said it and when because the opposite has also been stated by WH reps this week. Hopefully this is the most recent comment but I have to say itās hard to really value any of the rhetoric at this point.
Well this was full of interesting and at the same time frustrating information. I am truly enjoying the game so far but I also feel thereāre things that are just not right. enemies escaping from battle running backwards faster than me running forward, npc attacking me for no reason and some other stuff. I really hope this patch comes out, not on my xbox yet.
btw, does anyone find hunting is just wrong? I mean rabbits and deers donāt even run away when you fail with the bow and you can basically get pretty damn close to them without any reaction.

Hunting is funā¦but yeahā¦the prey gives a fā¦when i am shooting an arrow next to them. 
and now i am playing for 4 hours alreadyā¦saved some timesā¦slept some daysā¦and it raining for 3 hours in this game nowā¦all the timeā¦its the english weather mod (bug) i guess
Update one hour later: rain stopped after 3.5 hours ingame rainingā¦stopped for 3 minutesā¦started again. Rain +mud Simulator:D
I really hope we xboxers dont have the day 1 patch. If we do than my current score of the game drops big time. The amount of stuff that just āpopsā into view as I walk along is awful. For example an NPC may be wearing a hat, however the hat doesnāt appear on the NPC until iām several feet away, bushes, carts, logsā¦all theses things just pop into existence when iām 20-30 feet away. Building textures are blurry until im 20-30 feet away. The weather transitions are terrible ie. it rains when itās sunny, thereās basically no transition. And npc reactions are wonky. I assumed all this was because I dont have the day one patch. If I do have the patch then Iām not sure where I stand. The game itself is great, but these technical things REALLY kill the immersion and overall enjoyment.
