Hi, I wanted to ask if I am the only one who only received preorder DLC key but not the game key itself… I already emailed support but would like to know how widespread is this issue…

i think this is as should be. Both me and my brother in law are the same. We’ll get the main key at launch as far as i know
Yeah well, PC and PS4 players already have their codes. And on Kickstarter update the devs stated that they sent out 2 codes for Xbox One.

Yup, just checked my profile page. Same thing for me. Only an xbox preorder package key. No game key. Have also mailed support.

Two Xbox codes added, one for game and one for pre-order bonus.
Yeah, but these are not keys for two licenses!
I have tier with only 1 licence, but on Xbox you can’t have one code for both the game and preorder DLC. That’s why they have to send 2 codes for Xbox One backers. I only got sent code for preorder DLC but not the game code itself. That means I received 1 of the 2 codes I was supposed to.

I had the xbox one dlc code but not the game code. Just logged back in and thought it had changed as the font for the code has changed !? , but tried the code and it appears to be the dlc one still.
Raised a ticket yesterday but no response so far.
