This actually reads like you have loved the game and want to like it more.
I can see that it hasnt been working for you, but I eould confirm its’ saleability. So far it has been perfect for me. A few low framerate moments but only cause I have been trying to see what my several year old mid level (enthusiast) PC can do- so everything went to Ultra right out the gate.
I think their only obvious missance was not allowing a save/resume (wipe) save file system as sometimes life calls and leaving highly overclocked PC rigs running on a pause screen for eight hours is unfair on the planet from an ecology point of view…
It is a great title, and better yet - it is receiving top tier game code support. They are still beavering away, even after it went gold (most teams take a long overdue break on ship…), and they are determined to make it a great, even longterm, product.
The biggest issue the game is facing presently is too much talk abouts its failings (I couldnt play Skyrim for 12hours on day 1 until I found a forum post of someone who changed their sound cards bitdepth/sound sample rates to ‘more mainsteam’.).
Bethesda has left the community to resolve many game errors, vs Warhorse studio, who instead of shilling us on horse armour, and expansions, are presently working on their core product, proudly, even building their community (talk of official mod support etc).
For me, so far, everything about this company has proven of higher standard and more professional.
I wish them success in their future, and us all some more patience so we can travel there with them.
I would hazard a guess most gamers graphical ‘pop’ errors would be hugely removed with either clean drive space (recently formatted) and/or a fresh download of the game (hopefully without fragmented files from all the changes).
Specific issues like not being able to save, and worse, believing you had a save when you didn’t… that is frustrating.
At the moment I enjoy casually loading tandom dave and just going bushwalking /mushroom picking.
It passes the time well, very beautifully so…

People who are upset about the overall quality of the game have every right to be so.
People who love this game and therefore cope with bugs and glitches have the right to do so too.
Could you all please try to be a little less emotionally involved with this software-product? Because that´s all it is: A software product. And one, that is both brilliant and promising AND suffering from severe bugs.
All I see here is people defending something they obviously care about and feel kind of affected to AND people who feel disappointed, a little bit betrayed or just mad.
All of this are emotional positions that clearly stand in the way of factual productive discussion.

Meh, they’re doing everything right. Control should be here on forums. Before, when we had only some amount of known people here - it was fine, but after release - control must be. Not like on steam we have, but something like that. Shit-posting must be forbidden.

totally agree with you, I’m at 114h of play minus 35h because the game does not save in the cloud, quests that disappear, quests that bugs, when you do the training with the guard you lose stuffs even if you put it in your trunk or in your horse, I lost dozens of hours of play because of the bugs, a pity this game had been among the best rpg, that’s what happens when you force the developers to follow a calendar, have a spell unfinished game, already with a patch day one of 22go that means everything, but how was the game before this patch because already like that it is too bugued, very poorly balanced competence …
short a shame for the studio, like their next game I would not buy it, it will crack!

i lost more than 30h of playing because of the corrupt saves… have the latest patch on ps4 which is the 1.2.5 doesnt help… i have on my storage the saved file but the game doesnt recognize it… should i wait for a patch that will make the corrupt save… legit… maybe… but its 2018 and playing a game with the fear of loosing everything again at any moment isnt fun anymore… 60€and loosing everything and not knowing why… its unacceptable… i loved this game… didnt mind for the bugs… etc… but to crash an entire game and have to play it again after all these hours… cmon …
Well it seems that the PS4 has a huge Problem with the Savefile management. Do you save your progress on your console or in the cloud?
