- I was dressed for stealth, it was pitch black none had torches and they spotted me at 30 meters
- The guard saw me kill his last mate and 2 civ’s
- I don’t wear Knights Armor, cause I am not a knight, I am a blacksmiths son, another issue with the game. Be a nobleman by just wearing noble shoes, be a knight with a stolen helmet. Very accurate
- it is a game but it can’t make up its mid if its casual or a sim
- I am good at stealth, being play stealth games for 20 years, the issue is the game is bad, its not finished, not only from the countless bugs but its clear that major elements are n’t finished, like ai and stealth and sound etc.
I’m not wrong. You don’t understand, clearly.
You put all kinds of components to your PC and then call it genuine.
You must also count in all the money you put into that final comfort.
I am becoming tired of this debate, as it leads nowhere to understanding.
I have not have any issues with stealth yet, so I really think that’s either a glitch or you just don’t know what you’re doing wrong.
Mind looking at the noise and visibility stats.
Yeah the noise stat is a bit difficult to calculate once you start throwing perks in. So best just to fiddle with equipment until it drops below 50 for me to rob everyone blind. You do have to be good to be a succesful serial killer
A console used with a tv is not genuine, because the tv isn’t included.
So you’re not allowed to see anything you do when playing on console or you’re doing it wrong.
I think some of the views from hill tops are epic such detail
it’s also a good sized dome, doesn’t just feel like a skybox 500 feet in the air.
in terms of npc routines, i wasn’t actually expecting those refugees you picked actually doing those jobs and then giving you feedback and stuff afterwards, good stuff. also, the hanekin hare quest gives you a great opportunity to observe just how detailed the npc routines are. tanner brada’s wife actually trades the goods he processes, people going back to their houses during lunch or using communal cauldrons. good stuff like that all around
I like that when I did hunting quest with capon , first time I did it I had no horse so had to follow on foot and when he stated chasing boar I couldn’t follow do it played out different that when I had horse second time in which a cutscenes played and I chased it with him
Did not know that could be different
Yeah you actually see him hit his head on a rock and doesn’t get tied up either
The sound of the wind in the secret passage to Rattay…
Also in Rattay, some unique (never crossed more of these anywhere) bushes of roses you can find in an outdoor area of the ramparts.
Then your meaning of genuine is wrong. Laptops and desktops also have controllers. I’ve played this entire game with a wireless controller on PC. Also I’ve only had to buy one controller for my PC while I have had to buy 2 that didn’t come with my PS4 because the sticks broke.
Because your level of understanding is not very good apparently. What do you think an xbox is? A PC with components inside of it. Components that are outdated and unable to be upgraded without buying a brand new console some years later at that. Do you realize the PS4, which is considered “next-gen” has a 5400 rpm stock HDD in it? The 7200RPM HDD was first released in 1992 and this is considered next-gen consoles? Heck, 10,000RPM HDDs were released in 1996.
True , they need to work on the animal realism they’re just standing there
That happens also with human AI.
Fighting bandits and riders is always a scene from the Benny Hill show for me, the only difference that I’m on horseback, riding in circles, and these morons are running after you like headless chickens. There may be 5 enemies attacking, but sooner or later some of them will just go back to bed. Seriously, they go to bed in the middle of the fight, while I keep shooting their friends to death.
Or, often one dude will go after me, shouting, but his compadres will stay in the camp. Or archers will stop shooting. They just stand in place, doing nothing.
I don’t know… I’d think that bad ass mercenaries like the Cumans would have at least basic tactical training? What do you think, people? I mean, is solitary jogging under fire a good idea? Would you go after a horse archer into open field and keep running in circles after him while he shoots arrow after arrow in your face?
That’s re realism in this game.
I love this game, I really do, but I don’t understand all the fanboys. This game is so unpolished, it’s unbelievable.
True, they need to do something with the AI
i used a mouse and keyboard on my ps2 to play age of empires 2
i’d like to see bandits without full plate or a full set of brigandine, considering their position in the world, i can’t think of any good reason why i would find a whole camp full of bandits in that kind of gear. though, if their leader was, perhaps a deserter or a “robber knight” (i.e. a knight fallen from grace and turned to banditry) it would make sense for “the leader” of the group to have it sometimes, but a whole camp? that’s a little much imo., it also makes it too easy to get that kind of equipment early on, and subsequently, loads of cash. one way to solve that, i think, might be to put the good armours behind a pay and time wall, with that i mean; you have to order it from the armour maker and pay him to make it for you and wait for him to finish it. alternatively getting it by murdering someone who has it and then get it refitted as soon as the heat comes off it. but overall, bring down the quality of the armours that spawn in the world, reserve the best for the knights and lords, mail and brigandine + simple helmet for the garrisons. high quility mail and lamellar for cuman leaders and low quality mail or lamellar for their minions. for bandits; gambeson, the rare ragged mail/helmet and simple, low quality weapons and shields, and for their leaders higher quality gear, but make these leaders rare and hard to find, perhaps in a larger camp. that can also make it possible to add more scouting and seige missions for the player, something like a small scale Pribyslavitz (emphasis on “small scale”), same for the cumans maybe? anyway, that’s just my two penny worth on the matter.
