Sex problems

These aren’t “issues” these are features of the game.

If you expect a rated M game based on the medieval times to not have all this stuff in it, why tf are you playing it?

Wait till mods come out. In pretty sure the devs don’t want to put in features that subtract the story and quests.

No I didn’t. I actually only said it was the only nude scene once. Hey, why don’t you take that chill pill instead? Maybe chilled out you’ll actually be able to read or at least understand what you’re reading.

Also…

Hahaha, way to read too much into this whole thing. So now, they’re applying in game reasons to why they real life treated her differently? What? Lol, you must be joking here. I hope you are but if not, I definitely nominate you for the awards of Most Desperate Display of Reaching or Greatest Leap Attempted for 2018.

There’s actually an even better reason. Murder != killing. This extends to the original hebrew, which doesn’t use the term for all killing.

-bump-

I don’t see the need to engage in ad hominem attacks over religious affiliation. I’m sure there are many non-religious parents who would like to be able to play a ‘square’ Henry without worrying their children/spouse will walk in on a sex scene. He wasn’t even asking for content removal, just for filters or clearer indication of explicit content. But no, we need to accuse the guy of priming his kids to kill in the name of God. (Note that he said nothing about killing in the name of god. He said killing is ok if it’s self defense vs. bandits other evil men. I’m not sure what’s wrong with this statement unless you want to declare a moral equivalency between killing Runt and killing Theresa.)

In my opinion yes, They are. It is not that big a reach since they do it constantly throughout the game. This one is just one more.

Well because
a) Your Kids simply shouldnt Watch you playing Adult-Games
b) Killing should never be ok in a modern society
c) you should Spend time with your Kids instead of playing Games
d) Sex is nowadays in the TV even in the Afternoon
e) Sex is Not a Bad thing i mean, If your Kids are to Young to understand it they really shouldnt bei watching this Game - otherwise where’s the Problem in seeing how a Relationship works? It’s Not Like its Hardcore-Hentai-Porn in there…

What this guy just said. For me it is far more shocking to see the amount of murders and abuse the American society lists as entertainment (like that TV show where they arrested people in the form of a prank) but once you show a nipple, dear me all hell breaks lose!
Funny fact, 50 shades of grey got a 13+ age rating in France.
Anyway, as I said before I am doing a second playthrough as nasty Henry and I literally murder people for their stuff. That is far worse than a sex scene.

But choking people out is ok right? I mean as long as no one can see you…

a) Sure. But mistakes happen and it isn’t unreasonable to be concerned about e.g. forgetting to close the ‘game room’ door.
b) You realize that modern societies have not only manslaughter and multiple degrees of murder but a concept called ‘self defense’? Variable ethicality of killing is a well defined moral and legal concept .
c) Then you should spend time working or studying instead of playing games.
d) Pointless whataboutism. It isn’t even exposing hypocrisy; he complained of GOT.
e) I don’t think ASCII graphics or 30fps are bad things. Does that mean I should shout down everyone who wants high res textures on 3-d models at 60fps? He doesn’t even want to interfere with your experience, just to be given more flexibility in his own.

Finally, none of your reasons even tried to justify the ad-hominem attacks which where the main the focus of my post. Even if he was wrong to request a filter it wouldn’t justify accusing him of deliberately raising murderers.

It’s really easy to avoid this content. Just don’t murder people for their stuff. His complaint is not that the content exists but that it is difficult to avoid it when playing a prudish Henry.

Ahhh. But that is the problem of playing a pre-set character. WE can only influence so much his reactions. For instance, we cannot be Glaswegian Henry and tell Lord Capon to fuck off if he doesn’t want to get stabbed. Lordship or no lordship. Same with the interaction with Theresa. You can’t be a downright idiot who will just tell her to piss off. So avoid the Courtship quest.

I don’t disagree, but avoiding the quest was exactly what the OP wanted. His complaint was that another quest had unexpected sexual content which he was unable to avoid.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is rated M for mature audiences only. It is labled as having blood and gore, intense violence, nudity, strong language, strong sexual content, use of alcohol.

They did tell you, right on the box. It is your responsibility to avoid media that you deem inappropriate, if you ignored the rating that is your problem. It is ridiculous to expect a warning to pop up and break immersion mid game.

Not everything needs to be watered down and made child friendly, screw that crap. If you want to swing a sword in a game that is safe for kids skyrim is that way–>

Quite. Especially since different cultures have problems with different things. Imagine here in Europe a pop up appearing every time you are about to fight someone saying “warning, a depiction of murder might ensue if you take this action. Also gore.”

Hey, the OP is married and has kids, so he has really had sex, which most of the pallid, spotty, ugly, basement dwellers here have not. In fact I bet most people here could not even talk to a woman, let alone manage to have sex with one  ONLY JOKING!.. And BTW I’m married with two kids, and therefore have had my fill of sex, or in other words, don’t get enough

I’m not concerned with the sex scenes, but could do without them, but I do find the ‘fucking’ language a bit forced and childish. If I could I would turn the swearing off. Like the OP I can only play this game when the kids are not around, and it’s kind of a shame as my eldest (12) would love a lot of the subject matter.
