fair enough. i find a noble Lady Stephanie on Machiavellian steroids more compelling. you find a peasant Theresa on thief-assassin steroids more compelling. it would be nice if such a choice of gameplay were available in the future
While I disagree on the game needing a female warrior Protagonist, I would like to see a couple women combatants.
Not knights mind you, but there always were female soldiers, mercenerys and bandits, not as many as male by far, but some always and all over the world.
Finally someone that isnt a closeminded sexist.
I rather just see them in the bath houses. not in battle
Quite simple. 50% chance you die at the start 20% chance you die after the birth a few hours later 30% chance you stay alive.
female WARRIOR? This is some kind of joke? ROFL
There were so many female warriors in Bohemia. Wasnât it wonder woman, or was it supergirl?
It isnât a fantasy game, is it?
Change âWeâ to âIâ in your topic
AFAIK it wasnât because she was a woman, it was because she dressed as a man, or a part of it at least. Meaning a man would have been burnt at the stake just as well if he were wearing dresses and such - granted, of course, that the church wanted him dead in the first place, they were already pretty biased against Joan of Arc, so the whole crossdressing was merely an excuse, youâd have to be a man that is persecuted by the church to end up like Joan of Arc, not âjustâ a man.
Hate playing as a women. In fact when I know a game has a female lead I loose interest straight away. Even if the games really amazing, I donât even know why, just donât like playing as a women, never have.
I know why its because your a male and you like to play as a male character so your are more immersed into the game you just cant be immersed into the wold as a female, i think.
I guess so. I did play horizon zero dawn and loved the game play but didnât like playing as her at all.
I do love the strong female types though like morigan, Trish. Even flemeth in dragon age 2, one bangable granny.
WE demand a female. Not just I.
bullshit 10 char
This thread is still going, historically their are numerous accounts of female warriors and female orders of knights, literally historically proven. This thread is so pointless, the people saying otherwise are basing everything off of personal opinion.
+1 to this, honestly I am into realism super hardcore, so id end out having to download a bunch of mods that give me like +10 attack damage -10 speech once a month or something xD charges into battle Iâmmmm onnn myyy perioooooooood!!! enemy -5 morale
I dont think they should cave in to anyone needs. If its not there, well its not there. There are other games with only a female character in it. You can choose not to buy those games if you do not like to play them.
Hmm maybe I could get into that XD
what the hell are you smoking? dragon age is not based on real history.
In Bohemia? O_O!
If you canât even take 2 seconds to do a dim witted Google search there is zero point in even responding to me.
WeirdâŠone of many examples, order of the Gloriaâs st mary, order of the hatchet, Joanna of Flanders.
âOne woman to wear full armour into battle was the Duchess Gaita of Lombardy (also called Sikelgaita), who rode beside her Norman mercenary husband, Robert Guiscard.[7] She was a knight in her own right.[7][8] Another was Petronilla de Grandmesnil, Countess of Leicester; wearing a mail hauberk with a sword and a shield, she defended her lands from Henry II of England. She and her husband participated in the rebellion in 1173 against King Henry II.[8]â
You guys seriously have issues arguing over shit that is historically proven.
